I took a new Post-paid connection from Etisalat changing from Du, specifically for Preferred Number Option. At the time of activation, which was done at Etisalat Deira City Center Office, had given for three add-on plans - which were 200 mins local + 1 gb Data + Preferred Number option. The Executive name was Biju - [protected] took the documents at the center. But now I am been charged for the calls to the Preferred Number I had opted for and the agents refuse to sort my complaint. No one is taking ownership and trying to resolve my complaint. I have even been charged from Du - 500 AED for migrating to Etisalat and after all these pain i took, i get the worst service from Etisalat. Hopefully hoping someone would try to resolve my concern.
