Etisalat / elife product upgrade

product upgrade was requested on 27th Feb but till date not done. and on to p of that they have cut my bein sports channels. I have been following for the past 15 days but not proper answer,

my complaint numbers are

am fed up with the service.if not resolved no point in paying my monthly subscription. if problem is there in upgrade they should have called me or retained by combo package,
