[Resolved] Etisalat / credit card / [protected] / customer care poor response

Last 4 (working) days i am calling FGB customer care regarding balance transfer.Morethan 25 minutes after calls gets connected after getting poor response from customer care.Now we cannot easily contact customer care and transaction process made difficult compare to earlier as its finally our transaction getting affected.If same poor service will continue we disconnect all transaction with FGB and moreover move to better customer service banking system.I feel may be all customers are facing same issue and very soon they will lost valuable customers.
