Myself travelling along with my 13 month daughter on 29th december 2014

29 dec 2014 — bom - auh — business class
29 dec 2014 — auh - ord — business class
29 dec 2014 — ord - pit — economy class

1. bom - auh - my daughter gets no baby food,

2. auh - ord - this flight gets delayed by 5 hours.
All during this 15 hour flight, my daughter gets no food,

I paid usd2100 for this flight, and get no food for my daughter for 15 hours!!!

3. since the flight reached late to chicago, I missed my onward flight to pittsburgh (the flight was etihad code shared flight)

4. etihad give me a sub standard hotel, after 3 hours of wait,

5. I again wait for another 3 hours transport... etihad failed to provide a transport for us after 3 hours of wait outside the airport in minus temprerature!!!

This is how etihad treats business class passengers, after we miss our flight due to etihads delay and negligence???

Finally, I was forced to get cab and pay for the cab to hotel and return to the airport from my own pocket...

Very unfair and very unethical service from etihad

The ordeal is not over yet

My daughter's pram, etihad loses it, in transit

After paying usd2100 for your tickets, I have not got any compensation for all the losses I have incurred, and I will only say one thing...

I am never going to fly etihad airline ever again'
