Our agreed price on the car Honda CRV - 2000 with 50k milleage was $8000 and we have put down downpayment of $2000 We never see any copies of the invoices since the first day we took the car from the dealer on 11-15-04 until now. Somehow they added the extended service contract which we never know about which cost $3000 for another 50k milleage and also window etching which they said we will get the refund upon full payment of the credit we took from North Fork Bank another $2200. These are all lies. When we tried to confirm with the Eternity sales agent, he said that the bank requested all of these package in order to approve the loan. But we have called the bank this morning and talk with the customer specialist by the name of JAY and he said the bank did not requested all those package and we could cancel them any time without any penalty. We just hope to receive fair justice in this matter. The Eternity Sales agent mislead us by misguided us to sign something that was hiding behind all those number and made us ended to pay 300% more than what we supposed to pay.
