Eternal Minerals dead sea kit

Online, a trial Dead Sea Kit is offered for $9.95 S&H. When I tried to cancel, a charge of $79.95 was issued.
I complained, and the charge was lowered until it reached 49.95.
This is outrageous. I returned the kit unopened. This cost me $12.00.
Please note: This scam is huge-look at the other complaints and DO something already!

Ordered product samples online for $1 plus $7.95 S/H. Next day received a call to "confirm my address", followed by an incoherent spiel about a $29.95 subscription, then a request to verify my name. I spoke my name, then explained that I do not want the subscription, only the samples. The representative said, "But you just said yes, what are you...

Eternal Minerals Unauthorized charge

Received the junk product that is so called "spa treatment" which is worse than dollar store quality, and caused an allergic reaction.
Called to cancel within trial period. WAs told I would receive a confirmation email with the address to mail the product back. Did not receive the email. Contacted customer service via email, they had sent me an email back stating another link to send product back with an RMA number. Sent product back, checked credit card statment and 59, 99 was billed unauthorized by this scam merchant. The basically give you an unacheivable trial time (within 14 days) to try the product, and have it back in there facility within 14 days. Of course they emphasize 14 day trial period to try the product, but they do not advertise that they need to have the product back by then or your charge 59.99. Its not hard for them to give customers a little more time to return the product. This is scamming people.

Damage Resulting
after repacking item, paying for shipping back, time and effort going to post office, the charge 59.99 was charged to my credit card, and until they receive the used product back, then they will credit my account back, so they say..

after cxl service this company took 149.40 out of my account. Now I have filed a dispute with my bank. Oh yea and there are maybe 3 people total that work there. Not a real call center. It reminds me of that commercial on t.v. Were they guy says he is patty hold on. While a hundred phones are ringing. How can you call and call and call and keep getting the same person over and over again. Ashley claims to be a manager and the only one avalible, also the only one at work who can take calls. This place is nothing more than a scam. I think it is not a real company. Just a couple of incomptent women that work there. Well, keep committing fraud and these lil ole housewifes will find them selves in jail and there children in foster care. Keep up the good work girls.

You people are scam artists, you are taking money from people that are living on a fixed income and anyone else you can scam. Well, it is going to stop now. You will never get another penny out of me and hopefully no one else. I keep callling your numbers and Eternal Minerals is not your only scam, you have one for dog products and other things. Your phone numbers are another one of your lies. Rot in Hell for what you are doing to people!

I received a mystery package in the mail, along with a phone call/email/letter from my bank about an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my cc a few days later.

I contacted Eternal Minerals in writing via email about returning this. I was NOT going to pay for shipping of an item I did NOT order. They gave me some case# and told me to call their Customer Service #. All I wanted was a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

Two months later I receive a COLLECTIONS NOTICE from Equidata for $79.99. I replied to them that the DEBT is NOT valid. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection in Pennsylvania. I am filing a CASE with the USPS for MAIL FRAUD too.

If you do a search on Eternal Minerals, it appears that this has happened to other people as well. It is a SCAM.

Eternal Minerals replies that it is "too late" to return their trial package...the one I NEVER ORDERED in the 1st place!

Let me understand this, you can just randomly send merchandise to people unknowingly and charge them for it, if they don't pay, then send them to Collections? That's what Eternal Minerals does to stay in business.

Furthermore, it is illegal for a company that sends you unordered merchandise to follow the mailing with a bill or dunning communication.

If you are aware of violations of the federal law prohibiting the mailing of unordered merchandise, or if you have personally had difficulty with such items--especially if you are sent statements demanding payment for the merchandise--you should contact you local postmaster or the nearest Postal Inspector.

If you should receive such an unauthorized package from Eternal Minerals, be sure to file a case either Online or PDF form for Mail Fraud.

The total cost to "try" their product is
$1 a random fee
$8 shipping
$8 restocking fee
$10 trial fee
$5-8 shipping back to them fee within 14 days.

All of us will have payed $32-$35 for trying the product and not being "amazed" (per their fine print)

I too was dupped into a free TV and responded to the offers. The last offer they want you to do is spend $1200-$1500! I cant believe I fell for it. Now I am in issues with cancelling everything with hidden costs.

We should start a FB site bashing Eternal Minerals

I signed up for Eternal Minerals through Trial Pay and I FREAKING HATED IT. They're up to $69.99 now. SEVENTY dollars for some crappy LOTIONS!?!? Ugh. I'm so angry. I canceled within the 14 day period and I emailed them two times about processing my refund, gave them over 2 weeks to do so, and finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I paid $10 initially, thinking that would be all there was to it...But no... You only have 14 days (from sign up date, NOT from when you receive it in the mail) to cancel, then you have to PAY out of your own pocket to return their junk. Ultimately I will have paid over $20 for products I didn't even get to keep...and that weren't even worth $20 to begin with! SO CRAPPY!

AVOID ETERNAL MINERALS AT ALL COST!

I went through the same hassle and it was very irritating. I signed up on a FB advertisment saying if I signed up for 2 of the following products, they would give me free UGGs. What girl wouldn't want that? So, instead wanting 2 they want 13 offers for you to sign up with. At first it seemed simple, but all these offers have hidden fees. BEWARE. I just spent 10 dollars shipping it back, didn't want to even touch the trial eternal minerals. I thought I would be given a little small package to try, for 10 dollars. I am not sure how they can get away with adding extra charges. Live and learn

I agree with this complaint. This company is a scam at best. I had a fraudulent charge billed to my debit card from Eternal Minerals. I disputed it with my bank and they reimbursed the charges. Eternal Minerals still sent the big spa package and claim that I owe them $59.99 since it was beyond the 14 day trial period--the trial period I never signed up for since it was a fraudulent charge. I've only been able to get a hold of them once when I called. They required a letter from my bank explaining the situation. My bank has drafted the letter, but there is no mailing address for Eternal Minerls. I've tried calling--can't get through. I've tried e-mailing--no one replies. I've tried the on-line chat--they hang up. This business is a scam!
