This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Ordered product samples online for $1 plus $7.95 S/H. Next day received a call to "confirm my address", followed by an incoherent spiel about a $29.95 subscription, then a request to verify my name. I spoke my name, then explained that I do not want the subscription, only the samples. The representative said, "But you just said yes, what are you uncomfortable with now?" I explained that I did not say yes, I said my name, to which she replied, "Yes, and that confirmed your order for the subscription and you can cancel at any time, thank you and have a good day--." I cut her off and instructed her to cancel everything, including the samples. Hopefully I will not be billed!

THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY. I have been dealing with them since MARCH to get them to not charge my card. They finally charged my card and am taking it up with my credit card company. They are THE WORST people to deal with ever. I've even faxed the confirmation of the fed-ex receipt that I sent back their "samples". They charged me $90.00 to receive "free samples" and then send them back. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WHAT-SO-EVER

Eternal Minerals is a criminal company. DO NOT buy their products if you don't like being robbed. $80 a month for bath products is ludacris even if the product was any good. The company completely lacks customer service because their only objective is to steal from you. Make sure you send your package back to the right place because the return address they use is bogus and they claim that location doesn't exist in the company. I'd like to get a lawyer and sue these people and I am usually against that kind of thing.
