etechpro.net / fraud, malicious intrusion

1 Richmond, TX, United States

My wife was called at 7:30AM and told the caller was Microsoft and the computer was hacked. He talked her into taking control remotely of the system and held her over an hour wherein he wanted to charge over $500 for a windows warranty. When told no. Our computer was shut down remotely and set up not to reboot without a password that had been installed remotely by etechpro. This is a scam and when we did not buy the service, we had our entire operating system frozen
