If you want to destroy to Career, then please join this company. They even do not give you experience and relieving letters after taking a lot of work from you.
These guys are Frauds of IT Projects. Please give your project for execution to this company if you want to destroy your project. You will never get it executed which is my personal experience while working with this company.
Estuate is not good for customers who pays money then how come they can be good for employees. Even, they take employees money to give experience and relieving letters.
These guys do not know how to do long term business, they will just show their pig like smile at the time of cheating you.

I am ex-employee of this company. I found this company as worst place to work . They cheat employees as well as customers which I have seen and I have proof.
These guys are Frauds of IT Projects . They cheats employees as well as clients to make money . This is my advice that please never trust this company .
I found this company doing blackmail to employees to leave last month salary to get relieving and experience letters . They force employees to sign on acknowledged copy of relieving letter on past date at the time of leaving the company . If you sign on the past date, then only you will get your service letter otherwise there is no way.
They always do back-stubbing to customers . There are many illegal activities which this company have done till date. There are many charges against this company for its illegal activities . This company is going to be close very soon by legal authorities of the country.
I request all vendors not to give any project to this company if you do not want to be looser.
Estuate will do a lot of promises to employees and customers with their pig like smile but you will not get anything.
Rest is your decision. I have said as per my experience with this company. Kindly take me seriously.

I will disagree of the above comments made by people that Seema, Prakash and Kini are cheaters. Its being 5 year that I am associated with the Company. Have grown with technically with the Organization and have found people supportive. People who write frustrating remarks are losers in their life and only know to pull down fame than work on their shortfalls.
I have done business with Estuate and I really do not think they are unprofessional. My dealings with them have been very successful and that is the reason we always do repeat business with them.
Absolutely nonsense comments posted. I was associated with Estuate till 2012 and have closely worked with Seema, Prakash, Kini, Siddharth & Deepa. Never had any kind of issues. They all were very supportive and kind enough to resolve any issues faced by the team. It was a great place to work and a damn good company. I was working in a bigger organisation before joining Estuate but the amount of learning and exposure I got from Estuate was way beyond the exposure I got in my other CMM Level Company. Estuate have very good clients and so many onsite projects. I departed with the company as I had to relocate back to my native. I can blindly refer Estuate to anyone as this is one of the best companies where we grow faster and are recognized for our efforts.

Also came to know this through ex-colleagues of mine. They do not have the resources to handle projects. All that they have in the website is false. The references they give is through personal contacts, to whom they pay under the table. They have cheated their employees of their money, as they do not have money to pay. People are made to run around with no facilities and objectives
