Este Saint Bernards / Refund rejected

I had contacted Gina Johnson-Mattingly on or around 9/26/2007 about purchasing a male Saint Bernard. I made the purchase, in full for $550.00 cash through western union, on or around 9/27/2007. On 01/29/2008 the puppies had to be put down due to illness. At that point I was promised a refund for $550.00 because there were no more Saint Bernard puppies in the litter. Since, then I have yet to received the refund. There were multiple times that I was told that the money is on the way and I've never received it. There were situations where I would not get a response to my questioning on where the money is for long periods of time. I am constantly told that I am getting a refund but it never happens and go through long periods of unanswered emails.

    if this person is not getting a response maybe it's because my computer crashed and i changed my cable carriers... there were times i asked for the address and did NOT get a response... if i get one with the address i will be happy to start a refund process
    ALSO i noticed this post was from a rachel...who is rachel... i never sold a dog to anyone named rachel and the person i did sell one too had many offers for another puppy... so please post ALL facts and not some of them

    AGAIN I see a complaint from someone i DO NOT KNOW...this complaint is posted by a "GAROLD"??? who is this?????????

    and last but not least the money for that pup went to a family member that had the litter i did not even have a litter...I have tried repeatedly to get this person home address to help get this resolved and i was going to help get him the refund..STILL NO ADDRESS but still i see complaints???? seems as if someone wants to dirty my name, and is not interested in anything other then that...the pup he wanted from the family member did pass away... he was offered many other pupies after that first saying yes than no...

    I also have been victim of this breeder. I had purchased a dog from them in july 2008. I had put down the 550.00 dollars required for the down payment of this puppy, She told me about 1 month later that the dog was sick and could not be placed in a home. So she agreed to give us a refund. We never recieved a refund for this dog. We have recently moved back to the states ( i am a US SOLDIER) and i have contacted a lawyer to settle this matter if she doesnt respond to my phone calls.
