Esso car wash

I was at a car wash at Esso and it sprayed water under my car and the engine is now damaged. As I left the station the engine light came on. I immediately called the gas station and the guy was not helpful at all. He told me to wait until his manager comes tomorrow but I have work and cannot wait that long. The engine is in limp mode now and I may need to get a rental vehicle.

Esso customer service

This morning I went to esso on varcoe rd and hwy 2 in Courtice. I've been there several times and have experienced terrible customer service by the same staff member "Shahid" I believe is his name. The pump wouldn't except my card so I buzzed for assistance. He ignored me. So I went to another pump (by the way I have 3 kids in the car) again, the card wouldn't work so I buzzed. He finally answered as I was being persistent. Not dragging 3 kids in when he should be able to assist. So I explained that to him. With ATTITUDE, he said "there" it work it work?" Yelling over intercome so I yelled back at this point. It appeared that it would work so I put my card in, chose the amount and then all of a sudden it cancelled ( I am convinced he did it purpose) went in the store and explained my frustration, he didn't own up and he yelled back . He is rude and doesn't answer when people buzz for help! Wasn't the first time. I had enough of this employee who doesn't even speak English well! Have respect! I want this employee repremended ... he is rude to people! No respect !

Esso parking and safety

Hello, I am writing to inform you of an ongoing issue that is jeopardizing people's safety at one of your locations. On 2 separate occasions, I have almost been hit at the station located at the corner of Golf Links road in Ancaster Ontario. Constantly, patrons are driving up to the front door and not using the dedicated parking spots. Just this morning, as I was approaching the front entrance, a vehicle pulled up and did not see me and I almost got run over. At another time, the situation was the same and would have hit me if I had not jumped out of the way. I told the clerk they should not be serving people that park there. I am asking for head office assistance in dealing with this matter. I am very surprised no one has been injured at this location due to this ongoing issue. Thanks for your attention.

Esso owner/worker physically pushed my son

Yesterday afternoon, Sep 20, 2018 at the Esso station located at
35 Cherrycrest Drive, Brampton, ON L6P 3W4 there was an very disturbing incident and police have been contacted. So I wanted Esso to know as well.
My son, a 15yr old boy and his 3 friends ate at the Taco bell and then went into the Esso to use the ATM and go to Tim Hortin's. The 3 boys were standing at the front of the store while my son went to the cash machine. They were being friendly to people coming in saying hello, nice suit etc. One man came in and ask one boy why he said hi "are you a '[censored]"? the boy said no just being friendly, the other man (a customer) kept saying thing. The owner/manager/worker then kicked out my son and his friends. When leaving one boy said we are leaving but it isn't right that you are kicking us out and not the man that started it. That "Set off " the owner/manager and he followed out screaming racial obsenities at them (weird as the man is Indian and so were 3 of the boys my son is white and he called him a White ...something they couldn't make out.
He then started yelling at my son who began recording this and threw him up against the dumpster yelling "get off my property(which leads me to believe he is the owner" and "I'll throw you in this dumpster you white ...something" We have a partial video of this man and a a still shot I will attached below. I'm sure there is/was video footage at the station unless of course the owner erased it. My son suffered a concussion playing hockey a few months ago and an incident like this slamming his body against a dumpter could set him back huge.
Like I said there has been a call to the police and we will follow up, they were busy last night with other more serious crimes, that I'm sure if this man is not checked, he will be involved in something more serious than someone gets seriously injured. At the very least you have a man running an Esso that is racist and easily loses his temper and judging by how angry he was this will only escalate. I see on Google that station has some other bad reviews a couple mentioning racist. This upsets me to no end. There is no excuse for this here in Canada. I would love to hear some sort of response from you.

Esso the employees behind the register

The people behind the cash are rude, sit on there phone while ring my items through, they are talking on the phone while serving me. I am very unhappy with my past 5 visits to the esso gas station on Guelph line and mountainside dr, Burlington ON.
I cant believe they continue to sit on there phone while serving me I have told them before to at least put there phone down while talking to me. They have head phones in all the time. I don't wanna go back because they are pretty rude while serving me. I can't believe it's the same experience everytime I go in.

Esso esso points / optimum card

On sept 7 2018 at 16:26:40 I filled up at Esso Couche Tard Magasin NO 670
in Joliette PQ (41.491 LITRES @1.374 per liter for a total cost of $57.01.

Here is my problem:
Your publicity at the pump shows 10 points to be awarded for each $ 1.00 spent using your Optimum card, however my points were redeemed based on the liters at the pump and not on the total amount paid.

If my understanding is accurate I should have received 570 points on that transaction not 410 as indicated on my bill.

Could you please look into this matter and advise proper application to be used by a merchant.

Esso luxury car wash

Hi purchased a luxury car wash from the esso station and when I got home I looked at my car and it was still dirty. Didn't take much off my car and it still had stuff caked on the lower area of the car. I am very disappointed in the service I received and spending $16.09 for a car wash that didn't meet expectations for the high quality wash.

Esso price of air

It is so insulting to see the price of AIR today, which should be FREE!
I went to an Esso station on Cremazie boulevard, and left immediately when I saw that the price for air was now 1.50$!

I went to a Petro-Canada station, and it was the same. I will now avoid these two stations, who make millions of dollars on a yearly basis. What's next...paying for washing your windshield and the paper towel?

Everywhere I've been in the world has free air. It should be a courtesy service aimed at reducing road accidents and encouraging people to maintain good tire pressure. These money-grabbing companies try to get your money in whatever way they can.

Do yourself a favour, and purchase a small air compressor to keep in your car. You'll have it anywhere you go, you can even help people with it, and you won't be giving your hard-earned money to these millionaires (even billionaires).

Esso facility of wash rooms

HI- there is an ESSO gas station near Bramlea & queen intersection in Brampton. I am regular customer of esso gas at this location. One day after filling my car, I got natural call and wanted to use the wash rooms at this location but sale person refused me by saying sorry we don't have this facility. This facility is usually mandatory for use by customers at any gas station, how come that this facility is not available.?
There is enough space at the gas station, there is huge car wash and auto garrage of Midda.

Esso use of washroom

On Friday, August 31st we were stuck on the highway for over 2 hours after a fatal collision on Highway 1 west of Chase. As we occasionally inched down the highway, I saw an Esso station in the distance. As I urgently had to use the washroom, (I am a female by the way), I hopped out of our truck, safely crossed the highway and walked to the Esso station. When I went in the washroom door was locked so an older maintenance -type gentleman told me to ask the the cashier for a key. When I asked for the key, the cashier said to me "you read the sign right?" I said "no, what sign" and he pointed to a sign on the window that read "restrooms are for paying customers only". I said "you must be kidding. We've been stuck on the highway for over 2 hours and I just need to use the washroom". He rudely tossed the keys at me. When I came out of the washroom the maintenance gentleman said to me "I'm sorry" even though he was not the one that was rude to me. When I returned the keys I said to the cashier I said "I hope if you are ever stranded on the highway one day, someone will let you use their washroom without being made to feel like they've done something wrong".
I have used many gas station washrooms in our travels and NEVER have I been treated like this nor had to purchase something to use the washroom. I am a retiree of imperial Oil (Esso) and I'm appalled at the treatment I received coming from Esso.

Esso washroom tap has sharp edges. I cut my thumb. it is unhygienic and dirty

I had visited the Florence Avenue and Yonge Street gas station today 21 August at 8:39 p.m. approximately. As I was washingmy hands under the tap my thumb got cut, when I saw under the tap there was something sharp plate coming out. Blood was flowing heavy out of my thumb, I ran towards the cashier asking for first aid, Dettol and antesptic on which he said we just have bandaid and didn't bother to attend me (you can go through the cctv for reference). I specifically told him not to allow anybody else in the washroom before the tap is fixed but he didn't bother about that as well . I am worried about my cut thumb as it was very genuine unhygenic place (photos attached). I demand a strong explanation from the head office and a compensation for the harrassment caused to me .

Esso esso self service sicily

On 19th August at 2145 put in 50 Euro note into Esso self service pump number 2 at Siacca Esso service station . Note taken but no fuel delivered

I then had to pay by credit card to fill my tank. Tomorrow I will have to drive 40 km back to this service station ( I'm on holiday in Sicily sat it got in Montallegro, visiting from UK, in order to attempt to reclaim my 50 Euro

A response would be appreciated

Esso promotion discount $5

Stop your promotion very frustrated after pump above $50 cannot redeem the $5
discount at Mounbatten outlet yesterday 17 Aug 2018.

Stupid to have promotion only to certain outlet.

Is very simple if Esso plan to have a $5 promotion discount please indicate which outlet.
No indication as after we pumped above $50 petrol and we do not receive the $5 discount is very frustrated.

Esso customer service

Went to pump fuel at 2am of 15th Aug 2018 Wednesday at (1 Jervois Road S248992 ESSO STATION) and the Supreme holder had something wrong with the sensor and it overflow my whole motorcycle fuel tank & engine case areas. I immediately stopped & asked nearby Malay staff, he looked like 20s-30s yrs old. I asked him if there was something wrong with the sensor & the reply he gave me was *Maybe you don't know how to pump?*. As a customer i am shocked and disgusted by his way of talking to customer. Is this the type of customer service i get after a long day of work. This male Malay staff has zero respect for customers. Not only i had to pay around extra $5 of what i usually pay but i had to even tolerate his attitude towards a customer. There was an indian female staff at the counter & only 1 Malay male staff outside on the day i had this incident. Indian lady staff there is always friendly & has a smile on her face i would like to thank her for her service. Please take note...

Esso gas machine

Hi, today I went to your pump, I press 87 to fill the tank as usual I do..but when I finish the price was 61$..I was confused that my car never took this kind of money..I went Inside to talk, the lady was very rude and she said u never press 87.i said I been driving and putting gas been year so I know what I press..but she was trying to over smart..and then I call cops they came and they said me to complaint about this to you guys..caz I think you'd pumps making fools to people..my car took 87 and am paying for superem gas...that's [censored]..and then the lady said to my other friend they I press 87..she chek in camera ...the addrss is 1195 danforth Avenue..M4j 1M7...

Esso customer service

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please forward to the appropriate dept. On SaturdayAugust 11, 2018 @ approx 6:35 p.m. I filled my gas tank @ the Esso station @1311 Harmony Rd. N. in Oshawa & also purchased a Full Deal Carwash. I live approx 1.8km away from the station. Once I got home I turned to lock the truck & it did not look clean. I called immediately, I explained that I had hot food for my family & would be back there in an hour or so. The lady on the phone was apologetic. At 7:19 I went back & introduced myself as the person who called earlier. Immediately I was berated for not coming back immediately & was shifted to another attendant. That attendant continued to tell me that the truck was clean & I should have come in earlier, he then proceeded to call his manager. He then gave me the phone & I expressed my concern to him & the lady continued to be belligerent towards me. I gave the phone back to the second attendant who gave it to the lady. She spoke either Farci/Arabic to the manager for approx 3min while 6 -7 other customers changed lines to get served. She scolded me about"next time YOU come in immediately if there is a problem" I said " when you pay for a carwash, your expectation is that it's CLEAN! The way this particular Carwash is set up, there is no hand drying area, & it literally drops you off to go Eastbound on Taunton. This whole ordeal took till 8:03 p.m.
I have never experienced this type of customer service in my life & to be a loyal Esso customer for the past 30+ yrs now has me questioning.

Esso trauma head injury

Mr martin here, someone should contact me about your victoria park and danforth location, where I had injuries to my head with a sign that I believe should have been elevated to a level of a unharmed situation. Where I walked along the path to the station. I spoke with the manager there who said that they would put a sign up it's a little late for me an unfortunate situation for me someone should contact me [protected] a.S. A. Esso reimbursement for full credit

Hi

I was in Italy for a vacation with my family, during from 04th 0f July 2018 till 18 of July 2018.

On the 18th 04:54 on the way to the air port to return our rent car full fulled and catch our flights back home, we have used Esso gas station with self service (the station was closed without any real person available), i used 2x50 euro bills on the self service machine (no option for credit card), and fuelled my car with Diesel, with the amount of 52, 46 and received a Receipt with indication on a credit of 47, 54 (no option to get the amount in the station as it was closed and the service machine cannot give refund.

As a Tourist from Israel on the way to the air port to return our rent car full fulled and catch the flights back home, i didn't have the chance to get my refund in Italy

The Receipt it attached.

Please advise how to proceed to get my refund back.

Esso product in service station

The following posters in the service station speak for themselves.
There is a dairy queen and tim horton's in same area.
The service station employee did not think it was an issue.
He felt each to his own. Not acceptable! Worst ever seen in any public place. Because there are two restaurants in the same area children have access to these if they go from the tim's to dairy queen, it is also degrading to woman.

Esso customer service

I've visited at esso gas bar in Hamilton at upper Sherman and Mohawk corner when I reach there at 1035pm 1 pump was temporary unavailable so I checked another so I pulled there which also attended closed after I got there so I went inside so they said they r doing shift changing I said it's early so he said no we do at this time so I asked wt time u guys do he said 1045 n I said it's 1039 still ther s time n as far as I know it should be at 11 n I left so lady behind the counter said something I went back in n I said excuse me but they ignored me I said few times n customer who was inside said she was talking to me I went out n she shake her head m all 3 behind the counter n customer was laughing which was very unrespectful so I left to another station n I'm not going back there thank you for ur service
