Esso gas and purchase of goods

Sales merchant very disrespectful, threw change at me and yelled at me in front of my young child. Very disappointing considering I attend this Esso 5 times a week. All the employees are of a certain decent and very rude to other races, this is not the first time I have had a problem with the service in this specific location. I would like this problem solved due to Esso being such a large company there should be training provided for customer service.

Esso employee

The lady who works on Lacordaire/Henri-Bourassa est in Montreal North at around 5h20 is either not at her post, locked herself out of station or asleep. Sometimes even listening to music so loud on her headphones that she doesn't even see people waiting at the door. This isn't productive nor does it make sense I have stuff to buy and I need to drive around to another gas station out of my way. The 2 times out of the week I can get in, she gives attitude. Something needs to be done.

Esso carwash

April 20 2018 at 6:01 pm. I pqud 14$ for the full wash. I am so dis appointed because i went out WET and not dry. Steve the manager of the store see my car so wet and he said thats weird he check it he said nothing wrong with it then i asked him if pls i want it dry he said hr cant do anything about it and i have to pay 14 again to dry it . I am so upset . We are new in airdrie a afamily of 5 planning to register to esso our 4 cars for gasoline near us but i an so dis appointed with the customer service i just want it dry. 14 $ for me is a lot and value for money they should understand that i just want it dry.

Please do something abt this.steve saw that it is so WET. And asking me to pay $14 again for me to able to pass the dryer again. Customer service of your store os really poor. I am really upset and he just said he cnt do anything abt it. Please

Esso offensive behaviour of the employees

I went to 7970 Mavis Road, Brampton ON L6Y 5L5, CANADA (ESSO PUMP) to fill my car fuel tank on 5th April'18 at 12:50 PM with my 2 friends. But the cashier's behaviour whose name was ''SWETANG'' was very offensive. Infact he accused me of theft without any reason or grounds and put an allegation that i have stolen an esso points card from the counter which i got on 1st April'18 at 1:34 AM from the same counter. I was insulted there infront of many people and feel very embarrassed when i objected he stated that you are muggling here. Then i just called the manager but he took his side and he was trying his level best to defend him.They created a mess and everyone was looking at us and whisperig. At that time i left because i had an exam at my college in Toronto. But we all were feeling disrespected, full of anger and disturbed so high that i had nearly crashed my car in the front car at a speed 0f 100km/hr which was all a result of that incident.It put 3 of our lives at risk, So i just called ESSO CARE and reported the incident whose refernce number is [protected]. Infact i was so shocked that i did not wrote a single answer for my exam. I rushed to same ESSO gas station to demand the right away dismissal of that employee but by that time the manager had left that store. I went to the gas station very next day and when i asked the Manager for the dismissal of his employee he said don't you dare me to give instructions and said i just don't care what your matter was just do what you want to do with him outside the store.I even gave him the exact date and time when i recieved that points card from the same desk and asked him to play the camera recording when i was given that card for which i was accused of theft but he clearly denied and said do whatever you can. Infact he called himself the owner of the store told me to leave from his property and threatens of police if not leaving which was harrassing. I showed faith on ESSO helpline but it's already 2 weeks passed they did not take any actions so i kindly request you to view those camera recordings and take strict actions against the employee and manager and ensuring the right away termination of both employes so that they could not repeat it in future.

Esso changing credit card info

I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks now to edit my credit card info linked to my Speedpass to the new MasterCard provided by Servus Credit Union. My card was rejected as not being "Canadian" according to your bank source. Servus is dealing with a new credit card company but the 2-3 days I am told it will take to resolve this issue has now turned into almost 3 weeks and it is extremely frustrating I have been a loyal Esso customer for over 40 years and would like this issue resolved ASAP!

Esso petrol station staff

This morning (27th March) at 5.10am I pulled into the petrol station in Oxshott Surrey to fill my motorcycle. The attendant was working in the shop so I waited after putting the nozzle into the bike. After a short time no petrol was authorised and the attendant started gesturing from inside, I didn't understand at all what he was trying to say. I noticed the pump at that point registered a sale of £20 so assumed he was gesturing to say to replace the pump so he could clear the sale. I guessed at this point that a previous transaction has not been paid for. As I wasn't clear what he was trying to say I simply moved the bike to another pump to fill. I point out that a car had pulled in during this time to another pump and was filling up as normal. At this point the attendant came out and asked me how I was paying and when I said cash he asked me to pay the cash before I filled, something he hadn't done with the car driver. When I said that I would fill up and pay after as is usual, he just stood there and smiled, leaving me to assume he wasn't going to serve me. At this point I left without filling up as it was taking too long. I was left feeling that as I was a motorbike and perhaps the drive off had also been a motorbike that the attendant wasn't willing to serve me unless I paid cash up front. Assuming there is cctv to follow up the non sale, I was furious to be made to feel this way over what was clearly a bias as I was a motorbike and the car had not had the same treatment. As I live very close to the station I often use it and was left very upset at this terrible service.

Esso showers

My husband and I are dedicated Esso customer's, so are my parents and my parents parents and so on and so forth! We dedicated each and every need to Esso's Brande and for the most part I have had remarkable customer service is why we stayed so faithful! Today March 27, 2018 @ 9 AM my husband entered your store and purchased a shower and the employee didn't say thank you but she did state and made sure to tell my husband "no couples allowed to shower together" for an employee to straight out act like she knows us to make a statement such as this is uncalled for considering we are not a couple! We are husband and wife! We were paying customers and in return for being a paying customer we have rules barked at us and not one ounce of gratitude. My husband walked out to tell me what the employee said and I'm going to tell you the truth but I felt outraged and ordered him to get my money back, my husband not so much bothered by what was said as I was he calmly said not to worry about it and still wanted to use esso. He brought my bags inside and asked for the code for the shower door and the manager so rude with her smirk refused to give him the shower code and said she had to open the door for him! That drew the line with him because while purchasing showers at Esso in the past we have never felt the way the employees made us feel today in your store. My husband asked for our money back and while getting our refund all they did was talk in their language laughing with one another! She ended the dispute by saying "your money is back in your account"... I just checked my account and the money is not back in my account. We brought it to the managers attention and she didn't know how to help us... I would appreciate something be done about this behavior my husband and I had to experience because we were treated not like husband and wife and not like adult Canadian citizens! I'm upset and will go to great lengths until I feel you have done everything in your power to make this right. Thank you for your time and I appreciate every and all attempts to teach your employees how to treat a Esso customer

Esso gas station on ontario st in st catharines

Five minutes ago we pulled in to get gas at the service station on Ontario St. We saw that there were one way sback fans and thought we were being respectful to drive around the building and ensure we were facing in the right direction as we saw a customer before us do the same thing. When I went to pump gas, the attendant and over the loudspeaker telling us we had to turn around.

The system is inefficient as these pumps were sitting empty while people waited to fill their tanks. The traffics c is also blocked off at the road with pilons.

I did not turn my vehicle around - instead I took my business across the street to Shell. I will not be getting gas at any Esso that chooses to operate this way. It is frustrating to watch pumps sit empty just because you want to control traffic in one direction.

Esso customer service

I walked into the store to pay for my gas and an employee shouted at me to get lost out of the store because I only had change to pay with and they had to count it out. I told them that is all I have to pay with and I can only pay what I have and he started screaming at me to get out of the store and to get lost 3 times in front of other customers embarrassing myself and making my daughter cry. I was not rude in the slightest and another customer told him to calm down. At 775 Highland Rd W, Kitchener, ON N2M 5P5

Esso attendant

Attended Esso located at Plains Rd West and Waterdown this morning at 5:48am. I pulled up to the gas pump and waited a few minutes for the attendant to turn on the fuel pump. It did not come on. I went inside to find the attendant sound asleep at the counter with the pump alarms going off. I had to bang on the counter and yell at the attendant to wake him up. This does not represent Esso well and not to mention the liability this poses. Someone could have easily robbed the gas station without the attendant even knowing. It took quite a bit to wake him up. I feel that Esso should deal with this situation. I don't know how long he was asleep. Hopefully I was the first customer to show up.

Esso car wash

Today I waited a half hour for a car wash, I purchased the luxury car wash like I always do and my car is not at all clean, there is still bird crap on my car, dirt in my wheels and dirt smears and dots everyone. This is pathetic when I spend extra money on the topic service my car should come out clean! I should not have to pay twice to get it clean.

Esso pump malfunction.

At approximately 9:30 PM on 2018/03/21 I tried to use a Esso Gas card at pump
#7 at the Esso Station at 10108 Nordel Court, Delta, BC, Canada V4G 1J7
Location ID:302633. I scanned an Air Canada Points card and then a $25-00 Esso Fuel Card. The display indicated to select the octane which I did. The display then indicated that I should go and see the attendant. I did so and the attendant (who took several minutes to appear) instructed me to scan the card in the counter scanner. He then informed me that the card was empty. I told him that it was a brand new card that had been given to me by Eagle Ridge General Motors this afternoon when I had collected my new vehicle. The attendant was adamant that the pump had not zeroed the card. When I returned to the vehicle the nozzle was still in the fuel intake and the regular octane selector indicated the octane was selected. The pump was not on however. I repeatedly attempted to pump fuel but the attendant did not activate the pump. After several attempts to pump fuel the attendant instructed me to return the nozzle to rest. When I did this the pump ended the transaction. without having pumped any fuel. If the card was not active initially the pump would never have cycled to the select octane screen. Basically, the pump stole $25-00 and the attendant wasn't interested.

Esso employees attitude and behaviour

This incident happened on the 13th of March 2018 at 1:05 PM. While travelling on the 20 East in Quebec we were getting quite low on fuel. Not all Esso's carry diesel so we tried calling an Esso station in Riviere du Loup. We attempted to ask the employee if they carried diesel and both times the employee rudely hung up. Our company is an Esso fleet card member and this is no way of conducting any business professionally.

Esso clerk regarding the car wash

I've submitted a complaint on the 7th of March regarding the clerk at the Esso parklawn Location accusing me of stealing the wash from the car behind me and asked me not to come back again while the carwash had a technician problem and left my car with only soap on it. I received an email saying that you guys going to address the problem shortly and get back to me but I haven't heard back from anybody mind you I've been trying to get a hold of the manager of the store and no success. If I don't get this problem addressed right away I will never go back to any of your Esso stations.

Esso fuel aeroplan collection

My grandmother was a loyal employee for Esso for many years and I felt a definitive connection to to her by using this gas. I also liked collecting Aeroplan points, thus I am very displeased with your action to cease and desist your cooperative with this company. Thus, I will not be buying any more gas as your current plan doesn't afford me any real benefit. The only way to keep my business is to award me 1 million aeroplan points prior to it stoppage. Thank you.

Esso always out of gas!!!

Ever since the Muirheads sold their location in Selkirk Ontario it has gone downhill. Many of the residents no longer even check to see if they have gas and instead go directly to Pioneer in Hagersville. Today once again they have NO GAS. It is 30 to nearest gas station. Sometimes people are running of fumes to get their tank filled. This is so very frustrating and has been going on for over 5? Years. Can anything be done from your end?

Esso voucher for esso 2-in-1 bundle no. xhb7xeyrej

I purchased the above gas voucher from you in my name which is valid through April 30, 2018.

I have tried to use the voucher at Esso gas stations in my city Cambridge, Ont., Canada, but unfortunately it did not work. I have written to you twice before to please investigate and advise me but have not received a response from you.

Please investigate and either send me another e-mail valid voucher or refund me C$135 immediately.

I trust that this matter will receive your urgent attention and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Re: Esso Gas Voucher No.XHB7XEYREJ could not be validated at any gas station in Cambridge, Ont. Canada where I live and want to use it. Esso car wash

I purchase the Car wash ticket, when I filled the gas at Markham road & Ellesmere road Esso stations in Nov 17 2017. The car wash expiry date is Feb 28 2018.

I went today (Feb 28 2018) to wash the Car at Markham & Ellesmere locations, I was in the line up and enter the code, the wash code is not working and displayed as incorrect code.

I went inside the Esso stations and ask attendant to check code, he informed to me already use this code. I never use this car wash ticket. Are you able to identify, who is used this ticket and date & time.

Loos like, someone used my car wash code by entering random number

Esso service

on feb 26 at approx. 2:45 pm I went to get air in my tire. I began to fill the tire but the machine was not working properly. I went into the store and said to the clerk "I need my money back the machine is not working" he said "and" a few times. I said "what" as I had no idea what he was trying to say. he then said "PLEASE" a few times...I responded "what". I could not believe this man was demanding I said please to him. He then said people are so rude a literally tossed my money into my hand.
I left confused and angry. All he had to say was sorry for any inconvenience and given my money back.
I'm not sure why he was behaving this way and if his intention was to humiliate me or take out anger at me. Either way, this is someone who presented as unstable and should require supervision during work until he knows how to deal with the public.

I have used this gas station often as I live in the area but am now worried to even step foot back in there.
Please address this and let me know how it was resolved.

Esso change not received

Hi,
on 11/02/2018 at the gas station in Perugia Italy 06135 S.S. E45 km72+227 loc Collestrada, I full my tank with gas, I add 50 euro note, I received the refund code and I typed it but money doesn't come out. This is so annoying I'm not the first person who happened. Its so frustrating, unbelievable service, plus there wasn't any staff on the station to help.
I would like my change ASAP. I will provide the copy of my receipts.
