Esso car wash and staff

I recently gased up with fuel and decided to get a car wash i spent 70 on gas and plus wash. I was at Ajax Esso on Westney and baseline at approximately 12:30 I went to the wash and went in and parked I got a basic touch wash while it was washing I heard a big bang and then a piece of my vehicle flew to the front of the car on the ground. I continued to wait till the wash stopped while coming up the passenger side it bent my aerial. I waited for it to stop then backed the car up so I could see where the piece of my car was it was in front of the car once the blower started it blew to the side I proceeded out of the bay put my car in park and went back in and got the piece. I went in to the Esso store and told the lady she said that this could not be possible I told her it was I had the piece in my car she said she would have to check the video I said of course she reviewed it without me and then came out and said her manager was on the phone and told me that yes it came off but that this was not possible as well that bending the aerial basically was too bad. I told her that maybe they needed to adjust the machine she and her colleagues were rude I was not asking for them to pay for it I was suggesting they adjust the machine considering in one wash I had 2 problems I have a Esso card and I will be telling every one to use another company the employees of that store are absolutely not customer service friendly or telling someone that it is not possible and they have a video showing the piece coming off the car and the aerial was bent. And it didn't even clean my vehicle the wheels still had black all over the chrome.

Esso esso outlet - greve in chianti italy

Please help. I placed 50 Euro note into payment machine to get diesel fuel at Esso Greve in Chianti Italy. The machine takes your money but doesn't give the fuel only a fuel credit receipt. A local informed me it is a tourist trap scam that the owner and Esso had set up, that they know about it and avoid it. I left my contact details [protected]) for the manager to contact me but this has not happened. There was also 8 other complaint notes in the box as well from other ripped off customers. I have emailed Esso customer service and still nothing. I will follow this up to the highest level to receive my refund or a fuel credit I can use in Australia. Unhappy . Alan Kiernan

Esso about service

I own construction and got gas from esso most of time . Today i had very bad experience at this location she is on phone
The indian girl
And she turn off pump 3 times. So i just gas for only 23.71 dollor instead of 130 dollor
.when i told her to calll manager she say get out from here
Thats the way you guys serve your customers
. Its totally unacceptable
. We will not come esso gas station anymore
Please check timing on receipt same time cashier she is on phone on all time every talking with me

Esso service at esso gas station in keswick

The pumps at the keswick gas station were not labeled that the debit machines were down on Monday October 16 2017 and the service person at the gas station was very rude to customers telling them only cash? If I had known this before hand I would have not pumped gas... she the proceeded to tell people to use the ATM which has a $3 service charge... I am not happy with the service and not happy that nothing was clearly labeled for customers to see before pumping gas. Thanks for the terrible service Esso it's nice to no how your employees treat people.

Esso credit card charges

Starting a few weeks back I noticed I am not asked anymore to enter the chip card PIN and select the amount for the gas I want to get. It simply asks me to remove the VISA card and then select the fuel grade etc. In the end, I receive a receipt, and the card will be pending a charge of $150. I called my VISA provider and they confirmed there is no change to my account (such as a new feature) and recommended to get this clarified with ESSO. I tried at the gas station, but the attendant didn't know why.

Esso I fueled my car by regular gas, but the machine charged me$1.359/liter

Hi, there.
I fueled my car by regular gas. It should be $1.129/liter. But the machine charged me $1.359/liter. I asked the cashier. He said it was me pushed the wrong button. But I only pushed the regular gas button. I don't know what happened. I don't want pay more. And don't want the supper clean one fueled in my car. You know that is not good for the car. I want know what happened.

Esso gas station pre-authorization charged instead of holding

On Aug 4th, I went into the 7 Eleven store at 702 Connaught Drive, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0 Canada, for my credit card pre-authorization $75.00. Then I filled my gas tank at pump #7 filled $39.03. When I received my bank statement, both $75.00 and $39.03 were charged. I sent an email to Esso on Aug 26th. I got back an email on Sept 6th from a Customer Care Specialist saying I would be contacted by phone direct. Not getting any call and I sent 2 more emails to claim about the status. Again no response whatsoever since then.

Esso esso store clerk

I was at the esso on international avenue and 28 st se in calgary this morning at 8am and went in with a friend who was purchasing coffee at the tims. I asked for a washroom key and the guy working there said "did you read the sign? No public washroom" I replied with an abvious answer, my friend is buying coffee, and I just need to use it quickly, I will buy something when I am done. After thinking about how he was pretty rude I told him next time you shouldn't just jump to conclusions, I am a customer.. But now I won't buy anything here. He then told me flat out "[censor] off" really? I've worked customer service my whole life and never have I seen such a terrible representative of a station.. I called head office but unfortunately they don't deal with complaints anymore. He wouldn't even give me his name or card once I asked him he just sat there laughing telling me to go online and look it up. I will never go to an esso ever again, and will tell people about my negative experience wherever I go. You don't just treat people that way and continue working as a face of a store. It doesn't work that way.

Esso charged wrong amount at pump - please refund difference

I was at an Esso location in Edmonton AB Canada - 7-11 with the Esso gas on Sept 15 at this time: 14:16:09
The location is a 7-11 #37818, 17761 100 Ave Edmonton AB T5S1R6.

I purchased gas at pump 2, transaction 111811, station [protected]. My receipt (attached) shows the amount as $30.22.

My credit card has been charged for $60 - which is the preauthorized amount I believe.

Can you please investigate and refund the difference to my credit card?

Esso customer service

I visited the Esso station at Kennedy/Derry on Sep 12, 2017(around 2:50pm) and experienced rude customer service while purchasing a pack of cigrettes and lotto ticket. The credit/debit card terminal was not working properly and after I tapped the card a few times and it the transaction did not process and the attendant(Samia I believe her name was) become frustrated and blamed me for what occured, I calmly told her there's nothing wrong with my card and that there's no balance owing on it and it should work fine like it does at every other place I use it. I finally paid with my debit card, but this attendant needs to be disciplined.

Esso esso fuel savings cards

Hello,

I tried to get assistance through the dealership I JUST bought my car from to no avail. Upon purchasing my vehicle they gave me a promotional card distributed by Esso, that allowed for 80 cents/ litre be my cost up to 700L a month. Living in British Columbia that was 50 cents a litre I was saving.
I fill my tank every three days. I drive, ALOT.
I had my Wallet stolen this weekend, with my card inside of it. And now - they wont replace or even cancel that card for me. SO the person who stole my [censored] gets free gas, great from them - annoying to me.

I doubt this is probably Anything to do with what you deal with - but im extremely annoyed that there isn't anything they can do. C'mon. You mailed me one the first time, mail me a new one.

Esso the esso station in breton alberta parking lot.

The parking lot in the Breton Alberta Esso station is in terrible condition. It is mostly gravel which is fine but the pot holes are extremely large. I realize it is expensive to keep things perfect but the problem has been the same all year long & not getting better on its own. I have spoken to the clerks about the condition of the parking lot on several occasions, they are sympathetic & have said they have spoken to the owners about it but apparently the complaints have fallen on deaf ears as nothing has been done about it. I trust Esso will look into the situation & get it rectified soon. I know if my company name were on the building I would be embarrassed over the condition the parking lot is in. No other complaints, the staff are very friendly & the convenience store is always clean.

Esso gas attendant behavior

Gas Attendant was very rude. I gave him my aeroplan card as the gas pump reader has an error so he can manually enter my card information. Gurshann, gas attendant said "its your fault for using that gas pump. i cannot help you. you have to call aeroplan. i asked for a manager, he said no manager. i asked for the phone number of the manager and he gave me a number and as soon as i got the number I called it and it was the store and gurshann was surprized that i called. im from United States on vacation. I never had any problem with Esso before and even if there was card error previouly the gas pump attendant would manually enters them. Blaming me that its my fault is very rude and unprofessional. he said its your fault for taking the gas here.

Esso charged for incorrect gas type

I went to the Esso on 52nd St NE, in Calgary, AB last night. I put in my credit card to process the payment, proceeded to lift the pump as usual, selected the regular gas and the screen switched to $0.00 and continued to pump. After I had finished, I noticed that the amount I was charged didn't match with $x.xx/L I filled up. I went to the sales clerk and she looked at my receipt and said I had selected supreme and not regular. I knew 100% I selected the regular option and the sales clerk explained to me that the pump hose could've hit the supreme option without my knowledge and she also mentioned that it "happens a lot to people". Which didn't make the situation any better. If it is a known issue and continues to happen to people, why has nothing been done to be resolved? I asked to review the camera footage, which they did and she confirmed that I did press the regular option but the pump hose tapped the supreme option and I didn't notice. Note that I don't swing the hose around whatsoever so it would never swing hard enough to press a button unless the buttons are SUPER sensitive. They wouldn't do anything at store level and didn't really give me any options. I sent an email to Esso head office (no compliant line to call) and haven't received an email back in regards of it. This has never happened to me at any other gas stations I've been too, and it also seems to have happened to multiple people.

Esso fuel spill

Hello,
This morning (Aug 30, 2017) I went to the Esso Station at Hwy52 and Hwy2, Jerseyville, Ontario ... 1654 Wilson St W, Jerseyville, ON L0R 1R0.
I was filling my car at 755-8 am. The handle did not "click " off ... dont know the proper terminology for it but I thought, my car shouldnt be at 38.00 dollars and as I did that turned and gas was spewing out of my tank. The handle did not shut off as usual. Needless to say I reacted quickly and then put the handle back in its cradle. Went inside and said " I have a fuel spill " . The gentleman replied " just a minute " and continued to serve 2 customers. He came out and looked "LOOKED", I had to send him back inside to get water to wash the car off. He came out with 1/2 a water bottle and dumped it on my car, then asked me to move my car. ? I just looked at him and said "sure, I we done here" . Shocked. I was shocked and left. I paid for the gas including the spill . Had to tell him to clean off my car, he didnt even ask me if any sprayed on me... I stopped at the closest car wash and washed my car because I had to get to work . He did not even get the absorbant you are suppose to use for a fuel spill . Sorry but my husband has hauled fuel for Pioneer and Trimack for over 30 years so I know what proper procedure is for a fuel spill . NONE of this was followed. I was upset so at 5pm I called the station and he basically told me I didnt know how to pump gas, needless to say I lost it on the phone and told him off. I put fuel in my car every 3-4 days and I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING. He told me he would get back to me after he rewatched the video. Oh and maybe I had air in the tank . NEVER, NEVER have I been treated with such disrespect because I am a woman. I was never offered a rebate for the fuel that was spilled, let alone the car wash or the stench on my uniform. I was totally treated with disrespect. If you do not take action I will report this to the ministry. I would like a reply as to what is going to be done by end of day (4pm) August 31st/2017, if not this will be forwarded to the Ministry of the Enviroment. Thank you Janet Burns [protected]

Esso employment services

I have been employed at the Anzac Esso in Anzac Alberta since December 2016. I love my job. So very much. I have an amazing relationship with my customers. Anyone of them would agree. I have always done my job to the best of abilities. A few months ago we got new owners and new bosses . We were all a little nervous but we were all told that things would stay the exact same for one year after the new owners came. Things quickly started to change . Employees hours were cut . Employees wages were lowered . It was no longer a nice warm environment to work in. I felt the whole time the new owners have been here that I have been being bullied and constantly singled out . My mother has been working there for a long time and also loved her job very much. Unfortunately she quit last week because we were all of a sudden told that there was no longer any room for mistakes in the company and if we made any that our jobs would be terminated. She could no longer work in that kind of environment. 24 hours after my mother left, I walked into work to find out that more then 75÷ of my hours had been cut and split up between other employees. I was I'm shock . I just couldn't understand why this was happening . I asked my boss why my hours were givin to other employees and I now got to work 2 6 hour days a week.. 12 hours a week was my new schedule. Every Saturday and every Sunday . He had no explanation for me and told me he was sorry but had no answers . He told me to call the main boss because it was his decision. I called the main boss to find out why this was happening to me and no one else. His exact words were " I have nothing to say to you. I'm sleeping right now " and that was it. I don't know what to do. I'm so Confused . So upset .

Esso overcharged for gas

I went to Esso gas station last night at Dorval and Speers in Oakville Ontario.
I put my credit card in chose 20.00 amount, pumped my gas got my receipt for 20.00 and went home.
When I got home I checked my credit card balance and noticed I was charged 150.00 for purchase.
I use my card very carefully and now am very upset what is happening as im trying not to allow balance to rise.
I would like to have this resolved and also am disappointed as I use esso all the time for gas purchases and never have this happen.
I need to hear back from to have this corrected asap.

Esso service

My husband paid for a car wash and the code given did not work . He went inside to get his money back and the young man named Adam asked my husband to leave his contact information because he did not take care of that . We left the contact information but my husband missed the call as he was at work and could not answer his cell phone . He sent me a message with the number to call back and asked me to call which I did . When I called, the asked me to call back later to speak with the manager which I also did but when I spoke to the older woman who answered which I also know is the manager, she was rude and said there are no managers and I needed to speak to the owner in the morning . The woman on the phone did not want take take my number for the owners to be able to speak to someone and repeatedly cut me off when I was speaking to her and wanted to hand up on me several times . I do not appreciate the service we were given for a story over 13$ . The service at this esso situated at 9777 avenue papineau in Montreal Quebec is the worst esso in customer service EVER! The staff should be changed or retrained and especially given courses on customer service and how to speak to people. Also, more experienced workers. I have been working in customer service my whole life and this is by far the worst ever . I've I were managing the store I would fire everyone working there. HORRIBLE !

Esso customer service

I went pay cashier her name is shapil and she is the manager of the store I asked her about the extra card she said swipe it and nothing was showing on the pad I just asked her that there is nothing showing she said just swipe it rudely twice and rudely pointed out my Extra points balance on the receipt and this happened before too that time there was a younger guy with her looked like her son he was very rude too. I've been coming to this gas station for years everybody was very polite I think they are the new owners the gas station in called Scott gray esso 7981 120th street delta bc V4C 6P6. From now on I won't be going to this gas station and let my family and friends know too.

Esso would not allow me to earn my aeroplan points
