Essesco.com Stay away

Recently I ordered 5 pairs of baseball pants for my youth baseball team from essesco.com. The pants came in a reasonable amount of time. I took the box to a team practice to have my players try the pants on for size. I only ordered 5 pairs to make sure that the pants would fit my players. I paid 10% shipping at that time. Unfortunately the web site is so vague about sizing it was hard to determine the length of the pants. The pants were either too wide in the waist or two long for my players to wear. I emailed the company and explained that the pants didn't fit and I would be shipping them back ASAP. I was shocked to learn that there is a 25% restocking fee on returned items. I've ordered from several uniform vendors and I've never seen a restocking fee at all, much less 25% of the total order. I emailed the company and explained that I would be returning the pants in the same condition that I received them and asked them to waive the charge. The answer was no and it was explained that their policy was on the order form.

I opened another order form and that is 100% correct. The problem is that the return policy can't be found anywhere else on their website. Anyone ordering athletic uniforms should be aware of this policy before ordering anything from essesco.com
