I bought the free trial of Essence of Argan to find out 3 weeks later that they have debited my account of $134.00
They advertise a free trial of the product, no conditions attached. Nowhere does it say anything else and you enter card details for postage. 2 weeks later you are billed $135. Which you can't cancel as you ‘agreed to the terms' (which are not listed anywhere at all on the payment page and are hidden deep in link after link on their website, took 15 minutes to find it) by paying the postage.

I ordered a ‘free trial' bottle of Argan oil from this company and paid shipping charges of $11AUD. Seems simple enough.
4 days after receiving the product my credit card is charged $134AUD by this company. When I ring and complain they say I ‘signed up for a monthly subscription' by ordering the free trial and this charge is actually for the free trial bottle.
I can apparently cancel my subscription (for a $10US fee), but this bottle is now charged for as apparently I have had a full 14 day trial during which I could cancel (I had the oil only 4 days). They start the 14 days from when you order your ‘free' bottle.
This company is an absolute scam. Nowhere upon ordering the ‘free' bottle is any of this clearly listed. There is no mention of any subscription, any further credit card charges, or the fact that this ‘free trial' is actually going to cost you $134 when you receive it. It is completely false advertising and fraud. It took me over 20 minutes to find these ‘clearly listed terms and conditions' on their website after clicking link after link.
Avoid this terrible company at all costs. It is nothing but a fraudulent scam to get your credit card details to make unauthorised charges. I've had to cancel my whole credit card and cannot get the fees back from my bank because it is a US ‘company'.
Bloody USA government needs to learn how to control such absolute rubbish false companies.

Firstly, I would like to start off by thanking you for sending me my trial bottle of Essence Of Argan oil that I purchased from your website on 11th November 2018 for the amount of €9.21, that I agreed and was taken from my account on 12th November 2018.

Now this is where my problem arises. On the 26th November you also took €110.94 from my account. I did not authorise you to take this payment from my account, it seems you have sneakily and underhandly signed me up for a subscription that I did not agree to, so you have therefore stolen €110.94 from my account. I am demanding that you reimburse my account for the €110.94 you stole from me. If the full amount is not refunded to my account within 10 days, I will be taking this matter further. I feel I have been scammed, I placed an order with you in good faith.

You have my bank details, as you were able to take the money, therefore you will be able to refund It to my account.

My order number was: 616972

On my credit card statement was from pos w -rinkle-free.com 180064/3927
The amount deducted was 110.94 euros.
Just to add bought their samples pos w-rinkle-free 17.07euro also pos youth-skinca. 8.59 euro total 25.66 euros.
How do i get back my money. knowing that i did not unauthorized to purchase any items from essence of argan. regards elizabeth hickey

I've lost $600 because I was stupid enough to sign up for this free sample, including the eye cream. I never received a confirmation email from argan, but I did from the eye cream people. I wrote to the eye cream email address to ask for a confirmation for the argan but it bounced. Yes, I can see now in TINY words DEEPLY embedded in the email right at the bottom it says you will get charged if you don't cancel. It is NOT clear and that is extremely deceptive. It's EVIL actually. I was so trusting that I didn't even check my credit card until recently when I thought something was a bit odd. I'm disgusted with these companies that pray on trusting people and hope they don't notice their money is being stolen from their cards. SHAME ON YOU. The product is rubbish anyway, it is just oil, it doesn't do anything.

When I agreed to the free trial the terms were not explicit. This is a scam. No where on that page did it clearly say I was agreeing to be billed. I did not receive any literature with the product and I did not receive any receipt. As far as I am concerned your company has stolen money from me. If you are confident in your product you wouldn't need to resort to such measures. I don't mind the products but I cannot deal with scamming thieves.

I applied for a free sample and the money required was for postage only. I only applied as you mentioned Miriam O'callaghan Television Presenter, beauty business. This was also a scam and I Understand she has called in her Lawyer. You again applied to my bank requesting £100.31-for what I do not know as I never ordered or received any products from your firm.
I am demanding that I get full refund for this money within 7 days or I will be contacting my lawyer.

I answered an advertisement to try essence of argon for the cost of a small shipping cost only for a trial...
I am in canada... Then it asked if I was interested in the trial offer idrotherapy cream, which was shipping only also...

I received both, now on my credit care with u s exchange i've been charged $128.73 for the essence of argon and $143.02 again with us exchange of $143.02

This is an outrageous scam and I want my money back now! And address in canada to send them back!

If not i'll be reporting you further though nthe chain of command!

I responded to an Ad for a free trial of the Argan oil product, which would only cost 7.49 USD for shipping. I have a screen print showing the price of 0.00, shipping 7.49..now my credit card is being charged 88.80 USD.
According to the representative I spoke with Sabrina based in Philippines, I unknowingly had a 2 week trial period to use the product, after which time I would be charged. By the way, the 2 wk trial period started the day I placed the order...this was not disclosed at the time of ordering the product.
In fact, she also mentioned that they no longer had the trial size of the product and if I noticed it was the full-size product that I received.
I'm told that I will need to pay to ship the product back at my own cost and I will also be charged a 9.99USD 'Admin fee'.
My refund will apparently take 3-4 weeks although the address that I'm shipping to is in Mississauga, Ontario Canada!
I find this kind of behaviour disgusting and I hope someone takes a real close look into this company.

I am writing to you for my mother who fell into the trap of this fake firm with my card pls. They are stealing amounts on my account. The promised a free sample and already 14 days later they stole the price of the 'gift' on my Visa.

Three payments of over 116 euros (see picture pls)! Even compared to the 88 USD amount, it is a lie. They say that there are Belgian taxes. On oil... it is ridiculous.

Plus, they insist I call them, instead of just closing this issue, reimbursing and apologizing.

I paid for postsge on a free trial I saw on the Irish independent newspaper I paid €15 for postage from the UK today €110 was devoted from my bank account €110 is a lot of money I contacted my bank to block any future payments I did not use the product it's currently in a padded envelope to be return tomorrow I do not want it especially for €110
A very frustrated person

I had a site which said a free sample & you just paid for postage. There was no other obligation, I made sure I read everything as I am quite aware or the bottom line. I did get the product which was a 30ml bottle which at the time I did think was weird as its a bit big for a sample.
Then I found out more money was taken out of my account & when I rang them they said it was only for 14 days trial & they give you the proper product. And then over & above all they added tax to the produced. I told them after talking to them ok fine Ill pay not realizing they added tax which they never told me till the second phone call. Plus I said I hadn't had the product 14 days yet, I had only had it one week when they charged me. Then they said I should of phoned them saying I hadn't got it yet & the time starts from the day I ordered it.
I have looked at there sites again & see were they say its a trial, but I know the one I saw didn't have that. I'm wondering if they put out bogus ones every now and again to get us in.

The company would not cancel my order when I contacted them.
I am a senior lady that obviously didn't do my due diligence when I submitted my credit card information.
However, when I looked at my Visa account and a higher amount had been posted I became concerned.
I sent two emails and received the same response ... you need to phone the number on the email ...
Upon calling I was told I needed to wait to receive the free trail sample ... than call back to cancel the order ... WHAT! I assured them I would return the product the day it arrived and pay the $9 plus shipping charge. No satisfaction ... sorry madam ... this is the contract wording.
Just get me out of this contract ...

I Received a free trial and was not informed I had 14 days to try and have a payment of full amount added to credit card it has not even been 2 weeks and the company is charging my credit card the full amount.t he customer service department was rude and would not listen to reason even when I told them I will be returning product..I have tried the product, but didn't like the feel of the lotion .I only read online what the other customers had to say about the product ..So when I phoned the company and told them I will be returning the product they got defensive and would not listen and talked over me as I was trying to explain .I had to just hang up on the customer service representative.
