Hello,

I am writing to you for my mother who fell into the trap of this fake firm with my card pls. They are stealing amounts on my account. The promised a free sample and already 14 days later they stole the price of the 'gift' on my Visa.

Three payments of over 116 euros (see picture pls)! Even compared to the 88 USD amount, it is a lie. They say that there are Belgian taxes. On oil... it is ridiculous.

Plus, they insist I call them, instead of just closing this issue, reimbursing and apologizing.

I paid for postsge on a free trial I saw on the Irish independent newspaper I paid €15 for postage from the UK today €110 was devoted from my bank account €110 is a lot of money I contacted my bank to block any future payments I did not use the product it's currently in a padded envelope to be return tomorrow I do not want it especially for €110
A very frustrated person

I had a site which said a free sample & you just paid for postage. There was no other obligation, I made sure I read everything as I am quite aware or the bottom line. I did get the product which was a 30ml bottle which at the time I did think was weird as its a bit big for a sample.
Then I found out more money was taken out of my account & when I rang them they said it was only for 14 days trial & they give you the proper product. And then over & above all they added tax to the produced. I told them after talking to them ok fine Ill pay not realizing they added tax which they never told me till the second phone call. Plus I said I hadn't had the product 14 days yet, I had only had it one week when they charged me. Then they said I should of phoned them saying I hadn't got it yet & the time starts from the day I ordered it.
I have looked at there sites again & see were they say its a trial, but I know the one I saw didn't have that. I'm wondering if they put out bogus ones every now and again to get us in.

The company would not cancel my order when I contacted them.
I am a senior lady that obviously didn't do my due diligence when I submitted my credit card information.
However, when I looked at my Visa account and a higher amount had been posted I became concerned.
I sent two emails and received the same response ... you need to phone the number on the email ...
Upon calling I was told I needed to wait to receive the free trail sample ... than call back to cancel the order ... WHAT! I assured them I would return the product the day it arrived and pay the $9 plus shipping charge. No satisfaction ... sorry madam ... this is the contract wording.
Just get me out of this contract ...

I responded to an advertisement online for a free sample of your products but I did not and was not made aware that I had subscribed to receive and be charged monthly for further supplies. I do not wish to receive any further deliveries from your company and do not wish to be charged any further monies for services I did not want or request.

Please confirm that my account has been cancelled by return email, thankyou.

I Received a free trial and was not informed I had 14 days to try and have a payment of full amount added to credit card it has not even been 2 weeks and the company is charging my credit card the full amount.t he customer service department was rude and would not listen to reason even when I told them I will be returning product..I have tried the product, but didn't like the feel of the lotion .I only read online what the other customers had to say about the product ..So when I phoned the company and told them I will be returning the product they got defensive and would not listen and talked over me as I was trying to explain .I had to just hang up on the customer service representative.

They will not notify you when your free trial is finished, it won't bring them any benefits if they do. So many people were charged the full amount just because they didn't cancel the free trial.
Calling them and proving something is useless, they will throw their policies in your face and use them against you. They are very shady and sneaky, I don't recommend using them. Stay far away.

This company practises the most egregious form of misleading advertising. First they promise to forward to you trial versions of wrinkle-free cream marketed by Mark Zuckerberg's wife. This turns out to be completely false. Instead they ask you to place an order instead for a free bottle of essence of organ oil and a jar of idrotherapy wrinkle-free cream, with you paying only the shipping costs They rush you these samples within a week. However, part of their ploy is that if you do not complain about the order within a period of two weeks, they will charge you some $83 US for the small bottle of oil and a whopping $93.00 US for the small jar of cream. I have never seen misleading advertising on such a grand scale. Buyers Beware. Do not even press their button. All fraudulent! I misplaced the bottle of organ oil and now they want to charge me $93 US! This is a scam of the grossest proportions! They should cancel the charges and not require me to send the bottle back.

3/8/2017 I noticed two unusual transactions out of my account for $130 and $130, I went to the bank to find more info.
I recently lost my wallet and I'm presuming somebody has used my details for this product. I have not order this product nor have a received any products. I do not use nor can I afford this kind of product nor mistake. Please help me get my hard earnt money back. I'm flat out looking after and feeding my 3 children without this happening. I have notified The complaints team of my bank to help get MY money bank.
Please help me ASAP or I may have yo take legal action

I am usually very alert to scams but admit I was conned by this one. My (new) wife encouraged me to order a free sample (only had to pay the postage) for “Try-Arganoil, Dublin”, yes the sample arrived but so did subsequent charges to my account. They had illegally taken out amounts of around $135 and $123 (as well as the postage for the ‘free’ sample amounting to $9.53. In total I paid for three lots (including the free sample) but received only two. So I was doublably scammed. To make matters worse, this company obviously passed on my bankcard details to a fellow scammer (or the same scammer using another product and business name) whom sent and charged my account as “Idrotherapy Skin Charleville” despite never been in contact with them at all. They deducted two lots of around $150 each for a skin cream not ordered. i am only sorry I didn’t read this particular website before purchasing this ‘free sample’.
ALL THE ADVICE GIVEN ABOVE IS CORRECT – THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS IS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT RE FRAUD. THE BANK WILL PROCESS A CLAIM FOR REFUND BUT BASICALLY RELIES ON THE HONESTY OF THE SCAMMER WHO SCAMMED to return the monies! What chances might I have? Very little. ALL WE CAN THEREFORE DO IS TO STOP FURTHER DEDUCTIONS BY CANCELLING THE CARD, WITH LITTLE CHANCE OF RECOVERING WHAT WE HAVE HAD TAKEN OUT.
The Arganoil scam is difficult to pursue criminally as they were willingly provided with my credit card details. However, the Idrotherapy Skin is FRAUDULENT (and criminal) as no communication or authorization had been given to use my credit card. Hence the physical shipping supplier (for both suppliers) is shown as Fulfillment Center, 22-24 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek, NSW 2766 although I suspect are separate and independent, nevertheless they are complicit in committing a fraud and should be subject to a breach of the NSW Crimes Act – an official police complaint in the NSW jurisdiction is being considered

Stupidly, I asked for a sample of your product online to find that you have taken unauthorised monies out of my bank account! and have been doing so for a number of months.
Please stop posting products to me that I have no interest in and do not take any further monies out of my bank account!

I was not aware that l would be charged huge amounts from my card.
Used the products a couple of times and didnt like the smell or feel.
Was told l recieved an email regarding time limit to return product...but went and looked again..l never got that email.
I honestly thought it was for 6.00.
So l go to the supermarket to buy some groceries and guess what...l have no money its been taken right out of my account.
I do not work due to illness and this is money l cannot afford to disappear.
To say lm dissapointed would be an understatement.
Im going everywhere l can to warn people about this..

Hello. I have ordered a lip care package from Essence of Argan website. It was an on sale item but they charged the regular price. I contacted their customer care service right away and they said that there was some kind of error and promised to fix everything. They said that I'll be refunded a price difference within a couple of days. Three days later I contacted them again and asked about my money and their rep said that money was transferred and suggested me to contact my bank. When I called my bank I was told that no one sent anything to my account.
I am very disappointed with Essence of Argan, that is not a good way to do business. If they would have said that they need more time I would understand! There was no need to lie! Horrible!

My mistake was that I did not spend any time reading the reviews, otherwise I would never sign up for this scam! I subscribed for a trial and it cost me $10, later they charged me $80! When I contacted customer service they said that I was supposed to cancel my subscription, but since I did not do that they automatically signed me up and took the full amount. I asked them to cancel my account and they did that but never gave my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this scam business!
