when will i get this anyway?

After canceling my membership they were quick to keep me logged out from thier wb site but I have yet to recieve my money back! Where is my money!

In order to cancel your membership, you must log in to your account and click on the “Membership Cancellation” button located in the main menu. We see that you only logged in to the website on one occasion and did not cancel your membership. We have gone ahead and canceled your membership for you today and issued a refund to your credit card. Please contact the customer service office if you have any questions.
