ebay sniping service
Beginning in June 2017, I notified esnipe that ebay was deauthorizing my password every time I tried to use esnipe. When I stopped giving ensipe my authorization, ebay had no problem with my password. When I gave esnipe my password, ebay would notify me about unauthorized access and would change my password. Esnipe would then not work. Esnipe was notified repeatedly about ebay's change in software blocking esnipe, and esnipe did nothing. Bids were lost, and my concerns were ignored. Esnipe is no longer a functional service.

I lost my bid!
I wanted to buy a very rare item and I was ready to pay big money just to get the item. My bid was the highest and I almost had it in my hands, but then something went wrong and an error screen popped out and I was told that there was eBay connection problem. When I finally fixed the problem and came back to the auction page I was informed that I lost the bid and that another person won. I was so angry! Contacted them and was told that it was only my problem and they suggested me to call my Internet provider. My provider has nothing to do with it! Esnipea is just a huge disappointment.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Company charged me for nothing
I found the website www.esnipe.com several weeks ago and decided to buy bids from them. I paid and everything was ok, but the company was dishonest and they started to charge me for more and more. They took money from me and no one informed me about it. After that they ignored my complaints. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Not only that, but their bid system is no longer recognized by ebay and is useless.
