eShakti I haven't received my order.

I spent $400 buying stuff from their website and it's been over 20 days and I still haven't received my order. My order was supposed to be delivered on 10/04/2023 but there's no update on my portal also as to if there is a delay.

Tried multiple times to get some update by sending them messages or calling them up, but either they don't pick up the customer service number or they don't revert back to your emails. This company just knows how to fleece money from customers but not get back.

eShakti service complaint

One month later I have not received my 3 items. Trying to correspond and get answers is pretty much a hit and miss. I requested a full refund which I did not get. I have lost $$ and items. Extremely disappointed. Items were held in Dehli for over 2 weeks 'because of a holiday' and were never posted. Never again. I have done a 180 turn. Absolute love to absolute hate.

eShakti failure to resolve issue with dhl

I loved the dresses I purchased from eShakti, until I got an email from DHL telling me that I owed import duties. Having already checked on the eShakti web site, I felt confident that this would not be an issue as eShakti say on their website that duties and taxes are already been paid. I am now being harassed by DHL for not paying and eShakti are not resolving the situation. Apparently, it is my responsibility. eShakti need to contact DHL to resolve this issue Reference: Customer Num: [protected] Invoice: AVI5759120

eShakti scam company

Can't say I was always satisfied with their service and items. Sometimes they were good, sometimes not, but most of the time there was nothing serious enough.
I ordered a dress from them and was said it would arrive approx. within 3 weeks. Well looked like there was nothing bad about it and I paid for my order.
Long story short: nothing has arrived yet. I don't want to tell you how I fought with their CS to clarify this situation, obviously, they are too stupid to help people. So now I'm trying to understand how to return my money.
And now there's my warning: never mess with these scammers. They will take your money and won't provide anything but a headache.
In general - stay away!

eShakti status of my order

I bought a dress from this site eShakti and two weeks after I paid I decided to contact eShakti about my order status. I had no idea was my order shipped or not, because I did not receive any confirmations.
Their customer service rep said that order was shipped and promised I'll be given all the necessary confirmations later.
Next time when I contacted them (17 days later) they said the exact same thing! I'm still waiting for my order and something tells me that I'll never receive it. Anyway, I will not buy from eShakti ever again, this company has very poor service and they are highly unprofessional.

eShakti stay far away from this website!

I have purchased a dress from www.eshakti.com for $60 and did not receive it. When I contacted customer service and asked about my order status they said that according to their information I did not make any orders!
They said that I was mistaken and that they never took my money! These people are true liars and scammers! I made an order here, paid for it and even received a confirmation message. I will not buy from them again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about my terrible experience with eShakti!

eShakti return policy

I ordered a skirt from Eshakti. I was so excited to receive my skirt, but unfortunately it didn't fit. I had to return it. Instead of getting a prepaid label, like usual, I had to go to the post office to pay for my own shipping back. Then when they received my skirt back, they then deducted the original shipping...so to sum it up, I had to pay them the original $11.95 plus $8.75 to ship a skirt back to them that I was not going to keep. I'm sorry spending $20 to ship something back? It doesn't make sense for them to deduct the original amount of shipping, I paid for that to get to me. I will not be ordering anything from them again. I really hope that whoever is reading this will take this warning, do not buy from them. I called their customer service about them deducting so much from the skirt and they said that they couldn't do anything about it, and that the prepaid label thing, they were working on, but again couldn't do anything about it. I guess they don't want to keep their customers.

They have horrific customer service skills. I was so excited to order all my future dresses from them but after dealing with their lack of customer service, I am writing them off and warning the friends I referred to them about it. They should be embarrassed. They are going to fail miserably at this rate.

eShakti merchandise never sent

I ordered clothing on 5/12/12 and was charge the next day.

A few days later they sent me a message saying my order would be shipped late due to higher than average order levels. The email said they would be applying a discount to my order, which would be sent within ten days.

Last week I started trying to reach them - by email "[protected]@eshakti.com", their customer feedback tool on the website, and through leaving messages at the listed phone number. I've even resorted to trying to get a response off Facebook.

On my account on their website, it shows my order as "not shipped" but doesn't give any further information.

If anyone knows of a way to gain a response from their customer service to get an update or how to get a refund, please let me know.

I finally got a resolution to my problem with them- but I literally emailed them 30-50 times A DAY. I just went to their site and clicked "Contact Us" and filled out my name and email address, and in the comments area I typed "REFUND MY MONEY." Over and over and over, until I finally got an email on Friday stating they would refund my money. Still waiting for it to actually hit my account, but I will keep checking and bothering them until something happens.

I am another victim. I see that we are likely out of luck. I can't see that even a class action lawsuit could be filed since they are located in India.

I have a similar problem. I ordered 2 dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding, and they never sent the complete order. Never refunded me the full amount as I was promised over and over. This company is THE WORST. Worst service, and worst of all the one dress I did receive looked absolutely nothing like on their website. I had to call over and over and over again to get a response- leaving a message does nothing, they will absolutely never call anyone back, and they do not respond to emails. You have to keep calling until you get an answer- it took me over three days. good luck to everyone

So it's officially been a month now since I placed my order and I still do not have it. On June 7th I was speaking with Alicia who is allegedly a customer service supervisor. She "assured" me that she would handle the situation and call me back on Friday, June 8th with an update on my purchase. It's now Thursday, June 14th and I have not heard back from her. I called, left voicemails and sent numerous emails. Absolutely no contact back.

Same problem as above, placed an order in mid-May, 2012 and still waiting with a "not shipped" status. The dress is for a wedding w. an approaching deadline ... customer service went from attentive after 2 weeks to totally non-responsive after 4. I guess I'll keep trying, at this point hoping for a refund.

Unfortunately, I am going through the same thing. I ordered 2 days after you on 05/14 and received the same delay email. Your best bet is to keep calling the phone number. Leave voicemails and keep calling until you speak to someone. I was finally able to speak to someone today. I still don't have my order, but the rep is working on locating the item and correcting the issue... we'll see what happens.

eShakti did not receive merchandis

This company's customer service is a joke! After ordering a dress through them (which I never received) they had the nerve to charge me for the merchandise. When I talked to someone from customer service in India they said the merchandise had been shipped and refused to do anything about the fact that I didn't receive it. They said it was totally up to UPS. When talking with UPS they said that in order to get a reembursement the inquiry had to go through the shipper. Now I'm stuck. I will never order from this company again!

If they do not have a tracking # and proof of shipment, you can dispute the charge and get it reversed. The tracking # by itself does not prove the shipment was made. Often companies generate a tracking # when they get an order, to be used later.

I paid for a customized blouse from them that I never got. They now have a "customer service" office in the U.S. A couple of weeks after my order, they sent me an email that it was delayed. It's now been 8 weeks since my order (2 weeks since I spoke with customer service asking them to correct the problem) and I've gotten nothing. I'm beginning to believe that I was being strung along until it was too late to cancel my credit card charge. My guess is that they may sell some standard garments, but that the customizing service is a scam. I generally don't order from a company that doesn't publish their address on their website. This will teach me never to shop late at night when I'm not thinking as clearly as usual.

I agree, bad customer service. They don't state their overstock items return policy clearly when ordering. So as a first time customer your under the impression that you can order an overstock item and be able to return it for your full money back in case it doesn't fit. After ordering you come to find out that you will only be able to receive a gift card for the amount of the order. When you call to talk to someone about this you get no answer various times. You have to a few voicemails until you finally get a reply back. They call back but have to leave a voicemail because you're at work. When you get off work you start to call them and you think awesome they called today maybe I can finally reach someone. Wrong, phone tag continues. When you're tired of trying to get a hold of someone you just take the gift card, only to find out their gift card procedure is a joke. If you don't use all the money in one purchase you loose the balance of the gift card. The gift card also doesn't include shipping. So here you are having to pay even more shipping out of your own pocket while you still have money on your gift card that could have covered it but instead you end up loosing. You're upset because you didn't want a gift card in the first place then you loose money in the process of trying to use up the gift card? Then 2 weeks later you find out that what you ordered with the gift card is out of stock and the other item ordered is two times bigger than what it looks like in the online image. You talk to someone through email, they act like they are trying to work with you but in the end your back where you began and feel even more disappointed for even trying to work with them because they only add to the frustration instead of helping it. To make a story short I only wanted to order a pretty dress for a baby shower. I ended up with an over sized pin I will never wear and out of approx. $36.00. So if you not made out of money and don't want to risk loosing money, I would stay away from Eshakti and find another online site to shop from or just go to a store. Shopping on Eshakti is too financially risky.

eshakti.com displays beautiful designed items. I ordered a dress from eShakti and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall quality of the dress. The dress was poorly made and the fabric was cheap. The site displays satisfying customer’s comments; which are not true, company probably made them up. I will not order anything from them. From a dissatisfied customer from Maryland.
