ErrorFix / ErrorFix crash my computer, ask for refund, no reply

1 NY, United States Review updated:
Contact information:

On April 7 I searched in Google and found this software that claimed would solve my auto shutup problem, then I downloaded and installed and scanned, then it asked me to pay the full version. After payment and repairing, my computer became even slower and then it stopped there. So I have to reboot my computer, but no signal. Then I took it to computer repair shop and that cost me another $120.

I have emailed them numorous of times to give me a reasonal explanation and a refund, they seem to ignore my request.

Do you know another other website where I can post this product and this company "PC Utilities Inc"? Be awear of this product. It will waste your time and money.

ErrorFix stop my network. After using their Optimize Internet, I can't visit my websites and can't log in my mail box either. Then I ask my bro (IT techninican) to help me solve this problem out.

After that I sent them 2 emails to ask for a full refund, they say they will refund in 2 days, but no luck. I haven't see money come to my account.

It said it can fix registry errors. I fixed it and my printer can't work. I have to print many contract materials from our users and other company, my boss was upset because of this. I almost lose my job. Then I asked a computer expert to solve this problem and he said ErrorFix is a virus that will crash my computer. I deleted it and asked for a refund, but no reply, no customer service. All are annoying. This ###ing garbage software.

    ErrorFix

ErrorFix has justaused another unusuall error on my computer. The windows installer no longer works after running their registry cleaner application! ErrorFix registry cleaner is a huge scam. I have compared it to many other registry cleaners and none of them cause these horrible errors on my computer. Simply amazing how unprofessional a software company can be. I am really dissapointed from ErrorFix by ErrorFix.com otherwise known as www.errorfix.com. I hope this blog saves other users the dissapointment I felt when buying and using ErrorFix!

I fully agree with those who were bitterly disappointed with ErrroFix. It is a scam from the start, and after taking my money nothing worked: thesystemwould not accept my “key”, while letters to their”supportsite” came back as undeliverable.
    So much for that lot!

    ErrorFix - Worthless
    PC Utilities, Inc.

I paid for a 3 year subscription and that was probably one of the worst investments that I ever made. Their "techs" know a little more than I do, and I DON'T KNOW MUCH. During my last contact with them I was having some problems with their "scans". When I "chatted" with one of the techs, he had me do a few things that caused my computer to totally CRASH. Couldn't get it to do a thing. As it turned out, they had me try reinstalling my operating system. Well, after 3 days and countless hours, I still don't have use of my computer. It's taken them a day to get back to me and then never responded to my emails explaining the problem, ever after they "escalated" me to their level 2 techs. On top of it all, they told me that I needed to install another program that cost me $60. What a bunch of crap. Even the "supervisor" has been of NO help. STAY AWAY
