No refund no communication
Please don't be fooled into buying from ericdress! Save your money and time. I bought a coat for my husband after carefully checking all the measurements on their size guide. It took six week to arrive from china and was three sizes too small and only passable in quality terms (nothing like the picture). They finally offered me an exchange if I sent it back to china and paid 17 dollars extra. I followed all the shipping instructions to the letter and now they say they haven't got it so now i'm fighting them for the extra charge back 🙄🙄😫😫. Great pictures but ericdress is an absolutely awful company with no customer service and subpar quality. Save your time and money.
Dresses that were hemmed way too short
I ordered 2 dresses. When I took them out of the packaging, it was clear that they looked like the bottom half of the dresses were not there. They look incomplete. They are way too short. No one would be able to wear these without showing their private parts. I want to return them but, as usual, I am met with resistance. They refuse to give their return address and now they are saying that they will only refund me $118 for both dresses in total. The total amount that I paid them was $252.12. They are charging me 50% because they are the ones that messed up this order. The worst company. Their representatives are unprofessional and their policies are horrible. They do not honor their customers. Horrible horrible horrible. P.S. They still have not provided their address for return. Horrible company.
Jacket
Ordered a jacket for my wife. First of all took almost 45 days to arrive so it was late for christmas.
Second, she wore it three times and it ripped right down the back. They offered me $10.00 to repair it myself. I asked for a full refund and they offered me $15.00. Than they offered me $20.00.
Than they said they would give me a refund if I mailed it back to them but stated that I would only get a refund if the item was in good shape. So I wanted to clarify that I would get the refund because of my troubles and they offered me $20.00 again. These folks have no idea what they are doing and i'm still fighting with them as I type this. Its very frustrating.
Not only is the quality poor, but their customer service sucks. I didnt expect much from a $40.00 jacket but I expected a little more than this.

Major Scam Artists – Very Cheap About Defective Product Return Requests
Terrible experience in attempts to return a dirty tight coat that I purchased in August 2018. It is October 2018 now and I am still trying to obtain a refund for the dirty tight coat that I received. I have sent over seven emails to Eric Dress Customer Service, they are very unprofessional and try to accuse the customer of not following the sizing chart then try to wheel and deal the amount of the refund they are willing to propose to you after the receive the returned item. I have sent a photograph showing the dirty stain on the coat that was prepackaged with the stain. They insist on accusing the third party shipping for making the stain during delivery. Then they offered me a $10.00 discount if I ordered another coat and keep the stain dirty coat as a so called “gift.” This is the most ridiculous customer service product return experience I have ever encountered as a consumer who places orders on-line. Customer Service refuses to get me the return address for Los Angeles, CA as I understand Eric Dress has a return/distribution center in Los Angeles. They are very sneaky in dealing with unsatisfied customers; and do not offer prepaid product return labels to their customers like Macy’s and Amazon.com does.
Below is an example of the poor English language email communication I recently received when I asked for the seven time for a return address to return the defective coat that I received from them. It is like talking to the bloody wall trying to get customer service to actually offer customer service to an unsatisfied customer. A Big Scam! Never Again!

I ordered a top several weeks ago and waited and waited. Finally emailed them and a couple of days later I hear from them that the top is not available so go and choose another top. Well I check the site and the top is still there on sale. Wonder if it has to do with me paying with paypal, because paypal has all kinds of complaints against this company. Do not be fooled because there is something fishy about the site.
Ordered a dress
I ordered a dress on 10/21/17 - it's now a month later and no dress. Checked the system and it said order was sent 11/10/17 but still have not receivedmy order. So I went back and looked at their site now it's stating item have been sent (yeah right). Called and was greeted by a voice mail to "call back during regular hours" but did not list the hours. Sent a email but only got a partial response. I will never order from this company again, absolutely horrible.
Not a reputable company
I ordered a wedding dress from them. The dress arrived in a small package, a little bit dirty. When I opened it I was shocked by what I saw.
The dress was very tiny. You know, I would find a way if it was bigger, but if it's small you can't fix it.
I sent them several emails and none of them were answered. They just took my money and disappeared.
It was my first and last time dealing with your horrible store.

So I ordered my jacket on September 19 and still haven't received it . No response other then then they say it's been shipped. No it hasn't, and after reading the other complants I realize what a bad mistake I've made dealing with this company. They are crooks I know if do receive it it's probably gonna be a piece of garbage so you people enjoy ripping me off you won't get another chance too .money lost $35.00

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I am trying to return dresses that I dislike. The quality of the dresses is horrible. There is glitter on the dresses when there were supposed to be sequins or stones. They barely respond to e-mails but when they do, they just say sorry and ask for explanations of return and NEVER provide return address for refunds thus making the time for returns lapse and therefore NEVER BEING ABLE FOR REFUND. Also, they say in the e-mail that if I do return items, I have to agree to a 50% of the item price refund. WTF?! HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

I sent numerous emails and called them 100 times and I got only one answer from them stating that yes, they didn't ship anything, but I don't have to worry about it.
Tell this to someone who didn't spend weeks on your stupid website trying to find out what my money was spent on. tGreat you didn't send anything. Wonderful. You're so fast in shipping out. The fastest in the world.

Scam website with inferior products based on China. Filed a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. No item has shipped but money has been taken. No communication from customer service about resolving my issues. I have emailed at least five times now ! They have zero accountability and zero customer service skills. Buyer beware this is a scam website! If you do some digging you can read hundreds of horror stories from these con artists. I should have done my research before spending $130.00! Lesson learned!

From my extremely bad, frustrated, and unpleasant experience with ericdress, I believe all good reviews shown in their website are fake.
I ordered two blazers from ericdress.com. By the way, I am a small guy and always wear 36S size. From ericdress size table, I picked the Medium size because the shoulder and bust dimensions seemed to be similar to the 36S size. They charged me more than $15 for a regular shipping manner (actual cost they paid was less than $5) from a city that only few miles away from me. Two blazers (each costed more than $40) were stuffed in a small cheap plastic bags. The cloth quality was very poor and similar to quality of a cheap shirt sold at a Walmart store. But the worst part was those medium blazers were TOO SMALL. I couldn't even slide on arm in. My youngest kid (9 years old) tried them on and they fit him perfectly, lol.
Anyway, I contacted them for an exchange or refund. I am not sure if they don't understand English well enough or they tried to avoid answering my question because for only one simple question, they replied my email with some nonsense and irrelevant responses. I finally got the appropriate response after one week. They charged me $13.53 for shipping fee (that was what they stated) but the fact is I paid for shipping fee for the returned items by myself. I guessed they meant "re-stocking fee".
I will never ever purchase anything from ericdress.com again. Do not believe good reviews on their website. I think the way they make money is from all "shipping fee/re-stocking fee" when people return items because they can't use them. Don't become a victim to this website.
dress ordered but came not as pictured...
I ordered a lovely, custom made Dark Royal Blue evening gown for a cruise. Everything was fine until I received the dress. It was not solid blue like on the web site. The dress had crazy white netting up the side with dark blue appliqués on it instead of being solid blue. So now the dress has a big white, WIDE vertical stripe up the bottom of it. The entire side is now almost see through to my hip. I contacted the company and I asked for a replacement or refund. I sent them pics of the dress. They said the dress fine according to the "quality inspection department" but they want to offer me $10 USD. I asked if they were crazy or blind because that was not the dress that I ordered. I told them I couldn't have it fixed or sent back for $10 and that it was not satisfactory. I then received another email offering me 40% back. 40%? For their incompetence? I then emailed them back that I did nothing to cause this problem with the dress so I should get more than that back. Measurements were good and I paid promptly so why should I have to a)be stuck with a dress I didn't order or b) pay 60% for dress I won't even have or wear - all for a dress they screwed up! I don't expect to see 100% back but I am planning to see about going after them for fraud with my credit card, reporting them to the Attorney General and giving them a special shout out on social media if they do not make this right. All I wanted was the dress - as pictured. Now I'm pissed and just want my money back.

Do not purchase anything bridal from this company! I purchased one bridesmaid dress to make sure I liked it before we bought all of my dresses, just in case. The dress was awful. It was beautiful in the picture online, but once it arrived, it honestly looked like a ballet costume I wore in a recital when I was 4. Their website says nothing about return policy, just that it can be returned; however, when you try to return it, they tell you it was custom made (Even though it is just a standard sized dress) and they can't refund you the full amount. It then costs $30 to ship back, making it so that you get roughly $40 for a refund on a $120 dress. Obviously not worth it. I am selling it on ebay.
shoddy workmanship
I ordered a number of dresses and 3 arrived that had holes in the garments. One had the sleeve of the dress (at the elbow) sewn to the shoulder seam. I complained and they were only willing to give me $8.00 to fix them. What a joke. To return them I have to pay the shipping cost back to China which would cost about 25.00. Just poor customer service and I will never buy from them again
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals where is the 3rd one I got two. when is the other one coming? this is for a graduation. please help me.
Ordered 3 pairs of sandals took a while to come now I only have 2. Emailed the merchant no response as to where what or why to the 3rd pair of sandals that never came. I would like my money back because I have a function this weekend for the sandals that was ordered so no longer needs the item. I want a refund and merchant is not cooperative and not answering any emails. I need a speedy response and resolution to this delicate matter.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered 2 jackets and I went of the size guide on the website. I was an xl 40 chest 1 of the jackets was a 35 chest and the other was 37 chest. I couldn't even put the jackets on they were that small. I have been contacting costumer service for the last 2 weeks and I haven't had 1 single reply. Don't deal with this company
I wanted to exchange my ordered wedding dress and this Ericdress emailed me the address to ship to which turned out to be non-existant! I exchanged more than 46 emails and each time they seemed not to understand every single English word I said! They ignore everything you ask or write about. All they are after is your money. They pretended that they never got their package back nor did they even attempt to use all the tracking information I have them. These guys are plain bogus engaging in daylight robbery. I have since lodged a complaint with my credit card who have now suspended payment to Ericdress till the issue is resolved.

Were do I start, I ordered a dress received it beads had been coming off before I even tried it on and had thread sticking out every were on the top of the dress.
Sent them email after email told them it would cost to much to fix sending the stupid dress back, they told me it had to be postal mail and needed a tracking number. So found the best price and sent it to them through dhl which cost me $128.00 canadian got a tracking number sent it to them and notified them how much I had to pay.
Waited dhl called me and sent me an email they didn't get a response from eric dresses in china notified them of the problem customer service email then finally made a complaint on site jabber finally got a response they told me they would not accept it since they had to pay to much duties and takes they would only refund me the price I paid the dress and I would have to fill out a form to get a coupon for the shipping that they will not pay for the shipping.
I have ordered of many sites and never had a problem like I did with this company had 39 messages and emails and live chat and no resolution until I put a formal complaint on the site jabber before a manager she told me she was contacted me.
They will not refund me and expect me to take a coupon and shop on their site again after all the problems I have had, I tried to fill out the form they asked me for a return order number didn't have it took 9 emails and making the complaint and still don't have a number. I feel that it is their fault for me getting something used and sending it back was my only option I notified them from the beginning how much it cost me to ship it and feel they should pay for it.
I have got nothing but a run around with eric dresses regarding this and they still say sorry we can't pay for your shipping.
Dont ever shop on that site people, read the fine print about the shipping and they will never pay for it they will give you a coupon thats if you can get on that form to acutally get one.
refusing refund when wrong product sent
As a repeat, very happy customer, I wrote to Ericdress before placing my daughter's prom dress order to ask about which material is used in this dress so we could order the correct color (we wanted dark purple). The dress description only mentions "tulle, " which is obviously the top layer of the skirt and a material for which there is no color grid. The written reply I got was that I should use the Matte Satin color grid. So we did so when placing our order on 3/8.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that they accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it, I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress, that it is "fine" and "beautiful, " and offering nothing more than $12. They have not acknowledged the fact that they advised me to use the color grid that I did and that the dress is very obviously not even close to what we ordered. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. Buyer beware!

I am very unhappy with this company. I wish I would have googled reviews before purchasing. I did not see anywhere on the site that I couldn't return the dress after I purchased it. It arrived several weeks after purchasing and when I took it out of the bag (it was stuffed in a plastic bag and was very wrinkled) the button on the back of the dress immediately fell off. It was very poor quality and I instantly contacted the company to ask for a full refund. They informed me that they do not offer refunds! HELP! What can I do?
