EricDress 50% refund? what a joke!

I've ordered a dress from EricDress website about a month ago. When it finally arrived the size was incorrect, the dress was too small and did not fit t all. Then I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. I wasted days and they gave me a really hard time. They gave me the return address and offered a 50% refund. The person I spoke to said there will be no exchanges and they also cannot give me a full refund because I already wore the dress. Ridiculous thieves! I only tried it on once! I don't get a full refund I will report them.

I have returned a blouse to the address given to me and I have not received my refund. I gave this company one more chance and order a faux fur cape and received the wrong color. I'm not going to return the cape, but I have learned my lesson and will never order again. I DO WANT MY REFUND FOR THE BLOUSE, #2328656

EricDress very unprofessional company!

I've made an order and purchased some clothing from EricDress and when my order finally arrived everything was extremely small. My clothes were supposed to be xxl, but things I received would barely fit a 10 year old child. When I contacted customer service they asked me take some pictures, which I did and after that they offered me a $25 refund. What a joke. I spent over $150 and all they could do is give me $25! They also told me to donate the clothes. Absolutely ridiculous customer support and unprofessional company. Then I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, I hope they'll get my money back.

EricDress bad company

I ordered a pair of shoes from EricDress back in January. Three weeks later my order still had not shipped. Tried to contact customer support, but no one ever answered, so I opened a dispute with PayPal. My shoes finally arrived about a week ago and they were absolutely terrible. Ugliest shoes I've ever seen. I immediately emailed EricDress customer care and requested to return the shoes for a full refund and was told that there will be no full refunds. Then they offered $10 back! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never order anything from this site again.

EricDress disappointed

I ordered a dress form this website for my daughter and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Dress was ok, but it wasn't the one my daughter wanted and also the size was incorrect. So I have been sending emails to EricDress customer service but received no answers. I asked for a refund or at least an exchange, but nobody had helped me with this. Don't order anything from these scammers!

EricDress thieves!

I purchased a jacket from EricDress back in December. I never received a payment confirmation email and tracking number. I tried to contact them many times, but they completely ignored me. Two weeks ago I finally got a message from them stating my order was cancelled. So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. I'm lucky that I paid with PayPal because this company is just a big scam! They contacted PayPal and told them to close the dispute. PayPal said that they would not close it until EricDress gives my money back. I'm still waiting for my money and I hope I'll get it.

Did you ever receive your refund and if so how long did it take? I'm in the same situation it has been a month and no dresses and there are no updates on the website. It still saying it in processing.

EricDress stay away from ericdress!

I purchased several items from EricDress on January 2nd, 2016. I received a payment confirmation email but there was no tracking number. Two weeks ago I received some items but was very disappointed with the quality. I went to their website, found their email address and sent them a message for instructions on returns. I received no reply and it is now February 4th, 2016! And I have not received the other items yet. I have tried to contact them many times but they completely ignore me. So I contacted PayPal and have opened a dispute. And then I finally received a message from EricDress. But the message meant no sense since it only stated that I need to contact them in order to receive the return address. Why didn't they include it in their reply? What a ridiculous company! The lack of customer service is absolutely disgusting.

EricDress customer service is horrible!

Quality is absolutely rubbish and cheap! Items look nothing like the pictures on EricDress website! And they have problems with the sizes. Everything they sell is extremely small. I ordered a dress and I am size S. I bought XL, but it did not fit, because it was ridiculously tiny! Customer service is horrible! They can't even respond properly because they do not understand English. I received nothing but computer generated responses from them. Also the shipping takes forever! Buying something from EricDress is just a waste of money. I bet all the positive reviews about them are fake, because there is absolute lack of customer service and products they sell are just garbage!

EricDress this company is a joke!

I made an order back in November. I purchased a bag and a coat, but I waited almost two months to receive them without any tracking information. When I received the package and saw my items I was shocked. The handle of the bag fell off immediately, and the coat was too tiny, different from the pictures on the website. I contacted EricDress customer service and asked for a full refund for both items. They said that I need to return everything back to China and then I’ll get the refund. I sent the items back but they always claimed that they never received them. Please trust me, never buy anything from EricDress. Products they sell are really bad, and customer service is beyond ridiculous.

EricDress misleading website!

I purchased a cute looking dress from EricDress. It was supposed to be pink, but the one I received was red and the shape of it was a little bit different. Also, the size of the dress was too small. I have sent numerous emails, and even tried their live chat. And the only thing they told that I need to pay for the return shipping, and only then they will think what to do. I said that I’m fine with that, but since then heard nothing from EricDress. I have been trying for weeks to get a return address and nothing. They don't respond to my questions. This company is completely unprofessional!

EricDress dreadful quality and service

I am very disappointed with my order. When I made an order I had no idea that I have to pay customs and duties. When my package was delivered they wanted another $40 for custom and tax. When I opened the package, I was very disappointed with the quality. I ordered L size for my clothes, but everything I received was extremely small. Basically I lost $250. I would never use EricDress again and will never recommend anyone to use it.

EricDress terrible! don't buy from them!

Stay away from this horrible company! Sizes are wrong, inaccurate colours, fabrics of very poor quality. I purchased a green coat but received a blue coat! The quality was extremely poor. Also ordered a black shirt but instead got a yellow shirt which I absolutely hate. The transaction never showed on my account although the money was charged from my bank account. Their tracking service is ridiculous and it was impossible to use it since it was in Chinese or some other language! Please do yourself a favor and do not order anything from EricDress.

EricDress rubbish and cheap!

This company sells absolutely rubbish and cheap quality garbage! The items that are pictured are nothing like the products you will receive! I ordered some clothing, but the sizes were all wrong. I used their sizing guide, but it didn't help! Things I received were 3 times smaller than me! I tried to contact customer service, but it is extremely poor! They can't even respond to an email properly since they speak broken English. They are always replying with automated messages disregarding your question. Also they mostly do not have a free delivery, so you have to pay for it too. But still the shipping takes like forever! Don't buy from EricDress, it's just a waste of money! I bet all positive reviews about them are fake, because they don't deserve them!

EricDress christmas present

I placed an order at www.ericdress.com on 11-20 and received an email on 12-4 telling me that my order had been shipped and that I should receive it in 2-3 days! It is 12/15 and I have not seen it so I decided to chat with someone from the company to inquire about my items! Of course, they had no idea! I was told that it was in transit between China and the US and they could not track it again until it got to the US! I would not have placed an order with them if I had known it was going to be such a big deal! I told the "customer service guy" that I hoped it wouldn't be this big of a hassle to return it and he didn't respond! It is for 2 pairs of boots which is all that my daughter asked for this Christmas and now instead of being able to wrap them and put them under the tree I am going to have to print a picture for her and hope that they eventually come in and that they fit! So very upset right now! Just be WARNED, DO NOT order from this company if you are expecting it anytime soon!

EricDress bad company!

I ordered a beautiful cute looking dress on this website. Then I received a confirmation email and my tracking number. Finally my dress arrived. But I must say that the size S was more like a size L. Also, the material was very cheap and thin. There should have been pretty flower shaped buttons, but the dress I received did not have any buttons at all. Instead of buttons there was a zipper. Well, that was completely different dress. I contacted their customer service and they refused giving me a refund. I told that I wanted a refund, because the dress was nothing like the picture. They told me to send it back to them and they will think about it. But I told that sending it back to China would be too expensive for me! I asked them to give me a guarantee that I will get another dress. They said that they can't promise that, they need to think about it first. I paid via PayPal, so thank to they great customer service I got my money back. I will never order from them again because everything about them is bad. They have horrible customer care and rubbish quality.

EricDress I paid for a product but I have never received it

I ordered a Long Section Slim Liner Cotton Coat ([protected]) on the Black Friday, Nov 27th 2015, on the website ericdress.com. I have never received it. Also, I was able to buy it without creating an account (I was a new customer). I paid with my PayPal account 48.18 $ and they got the money, but no trace of the item I ordered. I have never received any confirmation email, any tracking number to track the shipping. I have written them twice but I got no answer. It is not possible for me to call their customer service, which is located in Hong Kong. I trusted them because I thought it was an American company, otherwise I would have never ever bought stuff from that people. This is a fraud and I am going to report it to PayPal. I want my money back.

EricDress missized coat

This occurred in October and November of 2015. Don’t buy from Ericdress. They do not understand customer service and if the item is not to your satisfaction, you will be sorry. Their motto should be “You buy it, it’s yours.” I recently bought a coat, which, because of their known inaccurate sizing, I took a chance and ordered in a 2XX. A little big would have been acceptable. Instead I received a coat that turned out to be smaller than an “S” – although it was labeled “2XX.” They asked me to measure and photograph the coat and e-mail them this information. I did, along with a copy of THEIR size chart and it proved beyond a doubt that the coat was missized. They would not accept responsibility – telling me things like “sell it to a friend” or “we do not see any problems.” – but “thank you for your patience.” It has taken more than one month to get to this point. I wanted them to send me a voucher for the shipping charges to China, which would have cost almost as much as the coat. Ericdress – needs to simply accept responsibility for their mistake. They did not even acknowledge my request for the voucher. So buyer beware and buy at your own peril. These companies are not regulated in the US but the more complaints people make – and I will make them – things will change or they will be put out of business. Did you know that some credit card companies refuse to accept orders from dishonest companies like this because they end up losing.? Stick with Amazon and other companies that respect and know how to work with American clientele. Share this on social media. If they begin to lose business, maybe they will wise up or be shut down. I have since given the coat to a friend and am washing my hands of this issue - it is not worth the time I put into it.

EricDress getting feed up not answering my emails

I ordered 2tops they said they were British company and I asked about their sizes I said I was a24/26 they said forced 3xl would be OK the order arrived and the tops are lucky if they are 12/14 I have sent 21 emails and they have not answer any I think it is a scam they are playing they want your money and after that they don't give a dam my order number is405612

EricDress refunding after return

Upon receipt of the package I was not satisfied with the quality, I sent an email to the seller to know the modalities of return, I received in response the walking track details, once I have returned package, I got an email from the seller telling me that I made a return without their permission and therefore I would not be refunded.
Subsequently, the seller was aware of the various negative opinions I left on the internet and contacted me, and I have received several emails that blackmail exercised ; reimbursement against the suppression of negative opinions .
All I advance is ascertainable by exchanges of emails that I have kept.

EricDress product paid for but never received

I ordered shoes back in July and if you e-mail Customer Service about a missing package, you will get the same responses. Needless to say, it is now September. My package was either lost or stolen and the company nor USPS has answers for me. Save your money! Don't shop with Eric Dress!

This is absolutely more then ###. Learnt my lesson as i would never shop with Ericdress again ever
My advise to every single of you is please do not shop with them they are fake.
I ordered my clothes and shoes from them which worth about 300 US dollar, and yet haven't revived them until now. It has been almost three months now.
So think about guys they are faking everyone just to get the money. And by the way they they are not part of US like it says on their website they have some connection with US that's a lie.
