ERA Tech / Failure to complete obligation
Fradulent practices by accepting full payment for services that were not performed. The modification of parts for a semi-automatic 1919 A-4 were paid along with the parts provided by the owner. No work has been done, the money is paid and no parts have been sent back to the owner. No response from Rod Jones has been established. A complaint was sent to the Attorney General of the State of Arizona, The Better Business Bureau and no subsequent action has been taken by either. Their case load is too high to merrit any action. I have sent a registered mail letter only to have it returned. I have even called the Sherriff to see what further action I can take. Their only response was to take him to Small Claims Court. The Sherriff indicated that he is still at the same address.
