Subject: Scam service. And The Account Manager collector Julissa Gomez is so abusive power and language. I am unable to resolve the account.
Lease #1697946
I am Lilly Nguyen. Power of attorney of Cathy Nguyen DBA Studio Nails [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
•11.14.08 Cathy entered contract with LFG.
Sale agent: Larry Brown –Independent Account Executive. Address 5901 Priestly Dr, Suite 303 Carlsbad CA 92008 and Phone 888.592.5041*1. Larry said customer had 30 days trial to cancel the agreement
•Three weeks later, the machine was not working appropriately. Cathy called Larry. His phone was disconnected. She kept calling the LFG customer service; no one could help her resolve repair or maintenance.Cathy paid LFG two months of service $89*2=$178 and even though not used LFG service at all and returned machine. No using service any more
•The LFG filed the claim in NY. Judgment order was $4094. Debtor was not able to serve in NY.(distant )
How the collector behave:
•12/05/2011 I spoke with the legal department account manager Julissa Gomez at 800.683.5433*8152.
I tried to explain the nature of judgment order and unfair to customer. Julissa kept saying that I wasted her time. Why she did not listen to customer or power of attorney?
She offered me $4094 paid in full before Dec 15 (instead of $5288 included interest and their in house atoorney fee). I insisted her until Dec 19th 2011 since debtor needs to manage finance (borrow money). She sent out the letter that offer at $4500 and the offer would nude or void if not paid in full by Dec 15th. Legal actions begin such as bank levy, wage garnishment and property attachment. etc
•12/14/11 I left her the message and request her call me back because I could not determine the LFG address, website or collection procedure. I also requested her delay legal action by 12/19/11 since I need to find out the company profile
All I found the complaint about LFG Company at this link
•12/14/11 left the message to customer service, no one call me back at 800.683.5433*2
•Today 12/19/11 called Julissa Gomez, she was so rude. She kept saying I wasted her time since I wanted to resolve the account
She said nonsense that I tried to play game with her. Unprofessional language.
I asked the company address, website, she said that is my job to do my own research. I already explained that the contracted had different address in Chicago, IL and judgment order is in NY, NY and her letter is PO Box 7861, New York, NY 10116(not find per whitepage).
I asked that if she does not have time and not willing to listen to customer, then please transfer me to other authorized person such as supervisor, CEO, advocate department, she said she is only highest authorized person in this department-account manager to resolve it.
I asked for CEO, owner name, phone to talk with, she said that I should send letter to her and she would transfer to the owner. I said “No, I want to send my expression to the right person”
I called customer service several times and asked for the company info or profile. All I was transferred to Julissa Gomez
Julissa Gomez even requested me call her Ms. Gomez, not call her by first name Julissa. She said she is not my friend and she even has the right to call me first name Lilly. I just wondered who she is.
For this matter, we felt that the legal department collector LFG is so aggressive, abusive power and language.
Scam service.
I also left the message to CEO, Douglas (CEO's assistant) [protected] that I need to talk with authorized person to resolve the acc. I am waiting for a call back now
I mailed to CEO and Regional Legal Department Manager by certified mail this matter also
I will post you updated information
So risky and dangerous to get business with Lease Finance Group. Rethink twice to have business with FLG

This sounds exactly like my experience. I'm a home-based business, and a local company set me up with a credit card terminal/account. When it stopped working and I didn't get the service I expected (repair/replacement, etc.), I called and told them I didn't want it anymore. I was given an address and RA (return authorization) number and sent the terminal back. I thought that was the end of it. About 3 months later, I noticed that LSI kept charging me for equipment I did not have! My branch manager not only locked them out of my account, but managed to get the three months payments back.

This is when Ms. Gomez contacted me. She said that my contract was "uncancelable" and that I agreed to pay for a certain period of time. I told her I was paying for a service that I was no longer getting and that I refused to hand over money for nothing. Using language as she did above, she threatened lawsuit. This went on for a while.

Then, last September, they obtained what I thought was a bogus judgment in their New York court. As with the customer above, when I got the notice, I was unable to be present due to distance. (Their tactic.) Even though the instructions that accompanied the notice of the hearing said I could submit a letter, the "court" (actually an arbitrator) tersly scrawled that my letter did not constitute an appearance and handed LSI a default judgment. Since all forms/papers came to me in an LSI envelope, I thought these were simply collection tactics; everything about this whole drama seemed bogus. Apparently not: they seized my bank account on 5/2 and have refused to negotiate. Julissa Gomez has gone beyond disrepectful, deliberately provoking me, swearing and verbally abusing me. I was able to record a few minutes of it.

In any case, it seems this company likes making money for nothing and has made a cottage industry of this practice. Ms. Gomez seems to get her thrills by berating her former clients and Mr. Sussman never answers a phone or calls back. (Gomez does -- they're all in the same offices apparently.) I plan on seeking restitution and taking any and all courses of action against this company that my time and wherewithal permit. Any and all help would be appreciated.
