Equinox Day & night serum face cream

I ordered a free sample of this product and NEVER received any then you took £99 out of my account without giving me the proper amount of time to even cancel it so in effect i have paid for postage of a free sample and another lot of face cream and received absolutely NOTHING i would like a full refund and to canel any further transactions i have notified my bank and no more payments will come out i would like this ASAP thanks sharon snape

Equinox Daynight serum and rtvl anti aging - not a free trail. Money taken out of my account.

This company are awful. A free trial was purchased on 17/12/2015. I could not see a contract about joining a scheme where they would send more cream. On the 31/12/2015 they took £98 and £93 out of my bank account. When i rang my bank they cancelled my card so they cannot take any more money out. They offered a partial refund. From the complaints forums i have read that they are not supposed to take more money out for 30 days. This a totally misleading scam and i want my full money back.

Equinox lack of commnicatkon

I HAVE LOOKED AND LOODED FOR A COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND ACCEPTING FREE SAMPLES OF EQUINOX PRODUCTS. BEFORE I ORDERED, I READ EVERYTHING AND FOUND NOTHING. THE ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED WITH NO INFORMATION ABOUT ANYTHING EITHER. I REFUSE TO USE THESE PRODUCTS UNLESS I HEAR FROM YOU. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS SOME KIND OF SCAM AND I WILL NOT GET INVOLVED. Equinox Stated that it was free only shipping

I ordered the Equinox by computer because it was supposed to be free, shipping only, I paid $4.95 for shipping. I just received my credit card bill, the charge is $99.00, nothing about the shipping charge. They did not put an invoice in the shipping box, so I just learned about the charge, also, they shipped 2 more bottles, charging $105.95, again, not including an invoice. I would have sent it back immediately, if I had known that it cost this much. I'm sending the second batch back Monday.

I have had the exact same experience as described by those above. Several calls to Equinox did not help to get a $99 and $93 refund. They did send me $60, but I'm
still going after the remaining monies charged to my credit card. SDH

Similar things happened to me. I ordered the supposedly free sample of LVR for $4.95 and then asked if I wanted to try the Equiinox for $3.95. I responded no, but since they had my credit card, they took the liberty of helping themselves. Then I was charged 15 cents and then 12 cents.then $99.00 and then $93. On top of that transaction fees of $2.97 and $2.79.

At first, I thought oh well, I can stand to lose the $3.95 and the 27cents. Imagine my surprise when I was charged the rest of the charges. I received no further product at al, no explanations. Lucky for me I lost my ATM card and was issued a new number. The bank informed me the company had tried several other times to charge my account approximately $400 using my old card. I like the other person thought I read everything to do with the free sample, evidently not. I have talked to a rep from Sheridan Labs in Sparks, NV and as of right now they refuse to return any of my charges. My question is since when can I be charged for something i didn't receive. Surely those two little packages were not worth over $225. I never received anything to support these charges. My Bank of America is working with me to resolve this problem but by other readers comments, I am not so sure of any success I will have.

Same happened to me! I cannot believe that the company can get away with selling their product in this manner. There was no information with the delivery and I too was misled by the free offer. There was no fine print when I ordered. Customer service has been very rude. I am telling as many people as I can and am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and my state Attorney General.

The same happened to me but I contacted the phone number from my credit card that was used and the people at that phone number told me that I could not get a refund because it was just over the 14 days trial period. The package came with no invoice, nothing on my e-mail and nothing about being charged that amount of money on the online ordering site. The equinox people finally agreed to put in for a $100.00 refund on my credit card and it will take about one week. I have authorized a dispute with my credit card company.and refuse to pay the bill for this. Wow, really equinox people need to do their selling correctly and not illegally like this.

I also had unauthorized charges to my account for $99 and $89 after ordering the FREE samples of Equinox lotion. There was nothing in the webpage ad that stated the policy about automatic charges (I went back and checked). I would NOT have ordered if that was the case. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop the automatic charges. This is definitely a scam.

False advertisement for a free sample of face cream for $4.95 shipping charges. Customer service said it was a Trial offer and because I didn't cancel during the time limit I was sent another shipment and charged $99.00 plus shipping. The form on line that I used to receive the FREE SAMPLE definitely said SAMPLE not TRIAL and there wasn't any information...

Equinox cream did not work - want refund

I purchased the trial sample for 4.95 or 9.95 not sure of initial cost. I received two different products at the time. I called and canceled my order in January, but only the cream stopped coming. I didn't know that I needed to stop them separately.

My contribution to this problem is that I didn't call again to get the deliveries stopped. I didn't rush because I hadn't checked my bank statement, therefore; did not know that I was being charged so much each month. I thought it cost $9.95, you can imagine how shocked I was to find that I was being charged $105.95 for a product that I was not using.

I called yesterday again about canceling my order. At that time I was told because I missed the trial period that I could cancel the membership, or get my money back.

This does not make sense because everyone allows returns. I would never spend that much money on any facial products that are cost 105.00 a pop.
I feel like they stole over 200.00 dollars from me for a product that does not work, and that I didn't ask them to keep sending.

I'm also reporting this company to the BBB. This is ridiculous, I feel like I'eve been robbed.

I agree to this complaint 100%, the same exact thing happened to me, but mine fortunately was caught by my credit card and now I am in the process of disputing the $99 unauthorized charge. I wished I look into this further before requesting this free trial. Thank goodness for Chase credit. One more thing, the products are no good anyway, not worth a dime.

Exact same thing is happening to me. They said it is a free trail, BUT your credit card is charged with $99 after 15 days. This is a disgusting way of doing business. They have sent 3 un-authorize shipments and have debited my credit card for $99, $105, $105 and this taken place in 2 months. Can't find any way to contact these thieves to stop this.

This is a swindle and a fraud. They said it is a free trail, BUT your credit card is charged with $99 after 15 days. This is a disgusting way of doing business. I have to cancel my credit card because I don't want to be their victim again. NO, THANK YOU EQUINOX!

Equinox UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

ONCE AGAIN I'VE BEEN SCREWED BY AN ON- LINE COMPANY. I PURCHASED A SAMPLE OF THE ABOVE PRODUCT WHICH HAD NO WARNING ON IT THAT STATED IN SO MANY DAYS I WOULD BE CHARGED $99.99 FOR THIS SMALL AMOUNT OF PRODUCT. HOWEVER, I DID CALL THE COMPANY TWICE TO MAKE SURE I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED, AND WOULD SEND THE PRODUCT BACK IF THAT'S WHAT THEY WANTED. SURE ENOUGH, THEY CHARGED ME $99.99 THEN THE NEXT MONT $105.99! REPEATED CALLS TO GET IT CANCELLED HAVE NOT WORKED. NEVER RECEIVED THE 2 SHIPMENTS AND THEY CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF OF DELIVERY, BUT THEY CAN SURE CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ANOTHER ON-LINE COMPANY.. IF I HAD KNOWN THE PRODUCT WAS SO EXPENSIVE, I NEVER WOULD HAVE TRIED IT.

Equinox did the same to me. I was refused to speak to a manager and told I had to pay the $99.00 plus shipping
