Order off a web site that said free face cream. Pay s.h. charge of 4.95 to receive your free equinox face cream. Stated fills in fine lines and wrinkles after 10 days of using. False claim no noticeable difference. After approximately 25 days I was surprised to receive another months supply especially since I did not recorder and had no intention of doing so since the product was not what it claimed to be. I immediately called to inform them that I was sending the product back and was told that I would still have to pay for the order I received plus a cancellation fee of $105.95. Went to my bank but the charges had already been deducted from my account which was now overdrawn. I completed a claim for investigation on 3/18 2013 but was denied because of the terms ststed on their site. I had not placed my order on their site but on an advertisement endorced by the t.v. show Dr.Oz. I feel scamed and robbed by this company for their claims on product and the terms that were not stated on all the web sites they advertised on.

2013 but was denied on the terms and conditions part of the web site that stated I. had to notify the company within 14 days of cancellation. My order was not place on their web site. I believe I ordered from a Dr.oz advertisement on his web site.

and received a denial from my bank stating that I had not cancelled within the 14 trail period

I cancelled this order on 05/28/14, 13 days after the order was placed, Talked with Chris on 05/28/2014 and he told me that the order was cancelled. Got an email on the same day from Warren Franz stating that I would have the reduced price of $39.00 whenever I wanted to reorder and that I would not be billed for the monthly shipment anymore. Still they charged my card on 05/30 and 06/01 for both products that I did not order. If this is the way that this company is doing business I sincerely hope that it goes out of business very soon.

wholeheartly agree with all the above complaints. I have been taken for a ride also. I telepgoned a london no. and told the person that i wanted this cancelled he told me it would be done and i would be sent an email.
still have not received one and wonder if they hae cancelled it. I have put in a complaint and alo taken it up with my bank as on a pension cannot afford to lose £187 for a pot of cream. I did not order any just the sample and was charged 99p but told i should have read the small print, it must be small as i coult not see any.

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! IF THIS PRODUCT WAS THE ANSWER TO YOUTHFUL SKIN...YOU AS A COMPANY HAVE DISCREDITED YOUSELVES BY YOUR CHEAP MARKETING TECHNIQUES. I SINCERELY HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE VALID COMMENTS. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT TRIAL SIZE, SEND THEM BACK ASAP AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RETAIL PRICE ONCE THE 14 DAY TRIAL HAS EXPIRED. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE BANKS AS AN ON GOING ISSUE!

Cautiously optimistic that I acted in time - I have at least confirmation emails and verbal customer services agreement saying my details have been cancelled and I wont be receiving further supplies or charged more than the initial postage.
Several bad things about this promotion. Firstly no terms and conditions screen prior to ordering the first item in the free trial for postage of £3.95, wasn't until about to press "order" on the second item screen that I saw further supplies would cost over £100 per item, so deleted the second order form - but both items were sent anyway and my card billed. I was petrified as I'm a pensioner on v small income.
I contacted my bank who told me to obey terms and conditions to the letter, which meant only 6 days to trial the second item! (which arrived from a different supplier 3 days after the first item arrived) before running out of time to cancel.
Trial is 14 days from date of order, not arrival of products, and this is of course insufficient time to trial combined products supposed to produce results in a month!
The promotion is of course a scam, unfortunately a barely legal one, to entrap all but the exceptionally wary. The people involved must be absolutely MINTING it as I read in one report the average loss per customer is close to £1000.
The annoying thing is that the products seem to work a treat.
If they allowed people time to trial them properly, and charged about a quarter to one third of the price, they could make good money without chicanery.
I hope they can live with themselves. I could not.

I have the exact complain. I purchased this product in January 2014 trough a Dr. Oz TV advertising with no indication anywhere about a 14 day trial with a chance of discontinuing the product. I looked for terms and conditions on the web site when I made the purchase but couldn't find any. The next thing I know is that they used the credit card number I gave them at the time of the free trial purchase to charge my account later in the amounts of $93. + $98. I was furious. Believe me I would have called after 14 days if I had seen terms and conditions. Again there was not terms and conditions in plain view at the time of the shipping and handling purchase for a free 30 days trial. Not only that but I never received a receipt after this shipping and handling purchase that should have shown the terms and conditions as well. I asked them to send me the copy of the purchase I made on the Dr.Oz TV advertising website but they don't have it according to them. It should be in their system. They should not be allowed to advertise their products on the website anymore or at least not through TV offers. I think this is a fraud. Nothing more than a scheme to trap consumers and they should be stopped asap. Marie Kusiak Citrus Heights CA

i also ordered on a dr oz website and did not read anywhere about a 14 day trial, then a $93 and $99 charge...my understanding was $4.95 gets a trial bottle PERIOD. i did not request a second mailing, yet i was charged for that, too. i put "return t sender" and mailed it back but the man on the phone said i needed to mail it elsewhere. customer service will not budge.

he same exact thing happened to my wife. She ordered two free samples which were supposed to be $4.95 shipping. Also on Dr. Oz link. We were charged $200.00. Called and cancelled and were told we would not be charged again. Today we had another $200.00 deducted! These people are evil!

A total SCAM. I was charged two different fees for two different companies. I also ordered a TRIAL sample of the face cream off of Dr. Oz's web site and had no disclaimer stating this would be a monthly replenishment order. I contacted my bank to put a stop payment on any orders from SDL EQUINOX AND WWW.JUICYLI. Waiting on results of STOP PAYMENT.
