poor quality
I have submitted e-mails more than once about the clasp coming apart on the Apple 3 watchband with no response what so ever. Not even an acknowledgement.
When taking the band off the bottom silver connection keeps coming away from the band.
It was purchased on 8/17/2018 and it was already coming apart the first time it was removed. Order # 37692 from Verizon. the Black/Purple/38mm
I would like that band to be replaced since this one has a high chance of losing the watch totally.
I still have not received the replacement band for #42468 confirmation. I followed up a while back and was told to log in and pay a $5 fee which would be refunded. I don't think I should have to pay a fee to follow up on an issue that should have been resolved by now. A confirmation was sent so expect the product to be shipped and received.

Thank you, I will wait for the confirmation and the replacement. I e-mailed the address located on the packaging and it was slightly different. That may have been the case, that it was lost somewhere in cyber space.

black metal watch band
In the last week I received the watch band that I ordered from you. I also received my 2 extra links and installed the links and installed the band in place of the apple watch band.
So what is my complaint? The type of clasp you provided is identical looking to my seiko watch and metal band.
Your clasp comes open just by moving my arm quickly.in the days since I started wearing this band, the clasp comes open about 6-10 times per day.
Does my seiko clasp ever 'pop open'... Nope, and it 3 years old.
So where is your problem with this clasp? The internal spring or springs that apply the 'hold force' for the clasp 'pin' is much too weak. Fix that problem and this particular problem will never occur again.
Maybe my clasp has a manufacturing problem.
What do I want? Send me a new 'Black Metal' clasp. I have no problem changing the clasp with that tool you provided.

cheap bands
I bought the Vintage Leather Watch Bands and Natural Wood Watch Bands 170 dollars worth and was terrified by their quality. The bands are poorly made and look more like bands bought from a Chinese website. Very cheap. I thought I was paying for good quality items. I think they are really overpriced.
Can't say anything positive, unfortunately.
Won't be shopping there again...
