This entity charged my card for $39.95 very recently, even though I followed the instructions on the website which stated it was $1, then the amount of $39.95 after 24 hours without notice of cancellation. I did cancel same day (within a few minutes actually), and received an email confirmation of this. Yet, I was charged anyway, and am assuming this will continue to be the case. How do I go about resolving this, so I don't continue to be charged?

Hello, I have a registration on a game site that claimed to be totally free. I was charged $ 39.95 worth. After two days I was charged the same amount. Because I'm being charged because it's free to register on the game site. What do I do? (Message google translator).

Hi I've just had a unortherized charge of 40.00 I don't know who this company is I have not done any work with them or anything now I am out of pocket of 40.00 now I can't even get hold of them to sort this out this is outrageous!

You have been takeing money out of my bank account every other day from the start of december with out me knowing i did not tell any one to do this so i want it to stop also i want all my money back!

This company has been charging my checking account every month without authorization. The deductions are $37.19/mo. since 8/03/10 thru 11/26/10 totaling $185.95. I want this credited back to my account immediately. How do I go about doing this? Please advise.

I found that my Credit Card has been used without my authorization on 22/08/2010 for the sum of $ 39.50.
Hence I need the clarification for the amount which is been debited by EPGBILL.COM.

Earlier today my credit card was used without my authorisation by a young family member.
I would like to know if i could please get this money back ASAP as it was being saved for my sick father.

Hey there, I just got off the phone with Wells Fargo and they said that this can be processed as a fraudulent charge, and also soarked a lot more options. I too have been being hit with these charges since June of this year, and I also have the phone number of "" [protected] for EPGBILL.com market soci." I tried calling them today and they said that they do not have the information to the website that is charging me 39 bucks a month... which is complete ###. If these people are a third party participant then they would have to give the money collected from our cards, TO THAT PERSON(website).

After calling epg numerous times, I gave that phone number to the fraud department and they also tried to contact them. After I was removed from hold the nice lady said that the phone number she tried went straight to busy.

Why are they answering for the regular schmucks like us, and NOT for the fraud department of WF? because it's a scam. We were dooped, phished or swindled somehow, most likely by computer, unaware that we were giving out information, to a site we thought we trusted, and that info was stolen somehow. Happens all the time as these boards can verify.

All we can do now is file a claim with our bank and go through the procedure. If you have any other ideas or options please let me know.
