EOS Fitness travis, the trainer supervisor

When I signed up for the gym? Travis talked yo me about a trainer. I told him that I was newly retired and disabled and was on a very tight monthly budget. Anyway after a lengthy conversation I signed up for half an hour trying once every week. I did tell him that if I can't swing it that I will be canceling it at some point.
I called him yesterday because I need to stop the trading, I have been training for a few months and though I really enjoy my training and my trainer for the money I have to spend it's just not enough time to make it worth the sacrifice that I have to do to gf able to afford it. I am going to the gym 6 days a week and am very committed to my workouts. I have met wonder people and am getting a lot of help from others. So I told Travis that I need to stop my training.
He processed to tell me that I can't stop my training because I committed to 6 months. I said yes I did but I told him that if I can't afford it that I would have to stop. He then told me that I have agreed to pay for 6 months.
HE NEVER once told me that I can't stop paying for the 6 months NEVER or I would have agreed to doing this. He lied yo me in order to get me to sign up, like a bad car salesman. I am very upset and angry about this situation because I was of an very committed to my workouts and WAS very committed to the gym.
I have already gotten 5 of my friends yo sign up as well.
Now what do I do? I am in a situation that I never thought I would be in.
This Travis is a sneak and wax dishonest with me.
I want something done with this situation. I will not be paying hot anymore training and need this stopped immediately, I also want Travis Reprimanded for being dishonest and giving EOs a bad name.
I have talked with a few of my friends and if we need to change gyms we will.

EOS Fitness improper billing

I'm attending EOS for a few months with my family.
However, I canceled my wife's registration in person at Higley RD EOS and was assured that there would be no further charges.
However, I was surprised in my account with the amount discount related to her monthly fee.
I need this error fixed urgently.
I await return with the same urgency.

Estou participando da EOS por alguns meses com minha família.
No entanto, cancelei o registro de minha esposa pessoalmente na Higley RD EOS e tive a certeza de que não haveria mais cobranças.
No entanto, fiquei surpreso em minha conta com o desconto de valor relacionado à taxa mensal dela.

EOS Fitness physical training

So I had to cancel my personal training due to school and work my schedule became unpredictable so it was best for me to cancel cause I won't be able to make it just for me to be informed that I have to continue paying until April. So not only will I not be able to make these appointments I have to pay for something that I'm not going to be able to use I don't wanna cancel my gym membership I just couldn't do the physical training portion of it nor was I informed there was a six-month commitment to the physical training. Had I known that I wouldn't of paid for it not only that I was not aware that it was $148 for two 30 minute sessions.

EOS Fitness customer service

I'm a member of the gym on centinnial & simmons. The customer service sucks! And the facility is a joke... It's a bunch of young females running the establishment. They don't great the members, no smiling faces and it feels like i'm working out in a high school gym. I must say the young man at the front counter and joelle are great! I'm thinking about canceling my membership.

EOS Fitness the manager nehha

I'm a new starting member of this location, due to work reason had to cancel the membership. Manager on Duty-NEHHA keep saying I was wrong about the contract terms impatiently and staring at me, rolling her eyes like I was fool. I told her I'm not-feeling comfortable with her attitude but she insist doing that and saying "I already said 4 times it's you don't understand these words" of course I understand but that's not what I have been told when I signed up, so I can't even ask the contract details? I wasn't treated like a customer at all. She wasn't acting like manager on duty as well. Anyone work there is nicer than her. Don't roll you eyes when you speak please.

EOS Fitness neglect, possible wrongful death and theft

My husband was in physical distress. Gym NEVER called me during their attempts to "revive" him or even after they transported him to hospital. When I went to the gym with witness, they claimed they began defibrillation and then called 911. Dr. and nurses claim their treatment sped up his heartbeat instead of the required compressions to slow it down. They then said they called 911 when machine told them NOT to use. They claim they gave me time line facts, and that EMT'S also gave them to me. False, never happened. Claim they have a video, gym Mgr offered to show up, regional Mgr has ignored emails and requests. Personal belongings are missing. Hospital stated all they received were his wallet, empty except for ID, and his keys. Hospital security also claims they were not given anything else. His Movado watches, bank cards and cash were not returned, and his gym ID check in was missing. I have requested the exact time line of the gym actions and demand to know why I was never contacted by this gym, and that they lied about what they did, when and not every telling me they transported him, just, and I quote, "cleaned up the mess".

EOS Fitness cancellation

I was hurt on the job at the time of training with eos fitness.. I went in and spoke with the managers of the personal trainers and gave him paper work where it stated that I have a limit on any lifting, pushing and/or pulling. They still made appointment date with the trainer and I still got charged for them. I did inform them that I was not going to be at these training sessions due to pain. To please cancel my membership. (I had a neck injury. It was the second injury I had in less than two years)
So any who im getting charge for the trainer portion of the membership because I did not give them a letter of disability. And that is they only way to cancel. Now they want me to continue paying until I have finish my training agreement. They only cancelled my gym membership so they say. Im still getting phone calls. Managers give fake names when returning my calls and gives me the run around a lot.

I canceled all my appointment i asked for my membership to be cancelled because i hurt my neck muscles to the point where physical therapy and dry needling are needed. I asked for it to be cancelled back in July. They froze my account. Today i got a phone call that i still need to pay the trainer and finish my contract since i don't have a letter where it its states im permanently disabled.

EOS Fitness training

I need my money back is 148 dollars for nothing plus 34 dollars they charged in my husband account and is not my account for a training that I didn't take it I told Katie dont charge in my husband checking account because is not under my name but they charged...I spoke to the manager I cancel the program and I need my money back...but they dont say anything and they dont call me back. I want to know Who is the general manager?

I’ve only been going to the gym for a month and I’m paying the $18 membership, and when I looked at my checking account they charged me $71!? I don’t have a personal trainer and I don’t take classes so idk if they cost extra, so what did they charge me for?

EOS Fitness lack of customer service

I've been a member of the EOS gym on Centinnial and Simmons for 3yrs. Now. When Qunn was the manager there he was very personal and cared a lot about the members. He always greeted you with a "hello, how's your day going" he always had a smile on his face and it was easy to communicate with him. If there was an issue, he always tried to satisfy the gym members. So, with that being said, I hv a problem with the 2young ladies, Sheena and Janelle(I think I'm correct with their names). Neither one of them ever greet the members, Sheena is sitting in the Office with Janell the whole 2hrs. I'm working out. Sheena hangs out in the parking lot taking to members, Sheena looks mad all the time and she walks back and forth at times like she's the main big boss around there.. Sheena has poor customer service skills. She actually does nothing around the gym, but hang out with Janell. Can you please address this issue.

EOS Fitness cancellation not completed.

When signing up for a membership, I was told that when I needed to move due to my husband's military orders, that it wouldn't be an issue cancelling my membership. All I would need to provide were his orders and our housing application in order to show that we had moved. We moved in July, however I did not have the paperwork available just yet and so I was ok with paying for one month that I wasn't using. I called and asked where to send the paperwork once I had it at the end of July. I was given an email for their supervisor and was assured it would be all taken care of. I sent the requested documents... twice now. And they are still charging me each month and this supervisor hasn't been responding and no one is helpful when I call. So now, I have called my bank and letting them handle blocking any charges going forward. This is insane to me that they can't get their [censored] together. I'm sorry but when I signed up I made it very clear that I needed to be able to cancel when PCS orders came in. Don't tell me it won't be a problem when it clearly seems to be a problem. I wouldn't have signed up to begin with then.

EOS Fitness falsely charged

On aug.29th 2019 my bank chase bank shows a charge in the amount of 35.14 from eos fitness I was falsely charged. I have no membership.havent signed up for anything. Matter of fact I was out of town when this charged occured. I was falsely charged this need to be taken care of immediately.

EOS Fitness water fitness/pool

I have been taking the water fit classes on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday for the last 10 months. Up until just recently (within the last month), the classes have exploded to over 35 people in each class when the website for enrolling in the class clearly states the max is 25 people. I have noticed that quite a few of the members who take these classes don't always have the printed tickets, and I was also guilty of this when I first joined last October. No one explained to me that it was necessary to get a ticket even if you enrolled online: I was just told that I could enroll online and nothing was mentioned that I always needed a ticket, too.
These classes are on overload with that many people in the pool: the classes can get vigorous and there is not enough room to spread out for the exercises that require full extension of your body. If the classes are this big, there should be added classes so that each class can accommodate the right amount of people to exercise safely and comfortably . I actually enjoy these classes and really like the instructors, but it is becoming non productive if I cannot exercise freely without concern for kicking or injuring someone else, and I have had to curtail my class today due to the amount of people in the pool. I also spoke to the assistant manager, Daniel, after leaving early today and they are aware of the problem, but state they cannot add classes until the beginning of a month and it is too late this month. They have known about the problem for over a month already, so I am asking why new classes were not added for this month, and will it be the same story next month? I would really be unhappy if I had no choice but to stop coming to this class. This is the exercise that my doctor prescribed for me due to heart and kidney failure, and it has helped me immensely after being home bound after a long stay in the hospital.

EOS Fitness harassment

Good afternoon, I am emailing today to ask for the direct contact information of whoever is best suited to handle a very serious issue that I am experiencing, regarding being harassed by an employee at the EOS gym in Murrieta, CA.

It is absolutely ridiculous to me that, as a paying member (who's been a member for 4 years), that I am being harassed to this level. I am extremely uncomfortable at the gym, that I call home, and have to worry about my son, who attends the daycare there, is affected by this too.

This has become a serious issue and disturbance in my life now because my character is being defaced by a current employee and this is affecting my personal life.

The current GM at the Murrieta, CA EOS location stopped me as I was checking into the gym this morning and told me my membership was cancelled because of this current employee and "a few other people" have made some false accusations that I am harassing them and could not give me or show me any sort of proof of these ridiculous accusations.

So, moving forward, I would like to get into contact with a Regional Manager or someone of a higher position to whom I can I address these matters with as soon as possible.

I would like to keep all contact, regarding this issue, through email.

EOS Fitness waiting

Wen't to the gym with questions about my bill and ready to pay for it. Was told to wait for the manager from 5:30pm amd we gave up waiting at 6:20pm. I understand he was held up by another client but we shouldnt of been told to keep waiting and waiting while he never showed up for about an hour. We were also sitting patiently before the lady who was helped even came in, she was just more demanding so he helped her first. Terrible experience

EOS Fitness health fitness club

Do not believe the $9.99/month advertise! Lowest price for a couple is more than $22.95, and one would be a gust! Plus, you will be charged a yearly maintenance fee of $40. None of these were informed when you join.

We have to cancel the membership due to health issues, then we were told extra month payment + $15.00 cancellation fee, this is all news to us! We have not be able go to the Gem for months, we called in April 2nd to cancel the membership, but they already charged the $40 maintenance fee on April 1st for 2017, we asked for refund, they refused, and said they will send collect agency if we do not pay the extra month fee! Why should I pay for the service I am not use? Why they did not tell us before we join?
I did not have such experience with 24hrs fitness when we moved and has to cancel the membership!

EOS Fitness cancellation policy / renewal fees

EoS gym is great at billing you and not notifying you.
I haven't gone to this gym in over 4 months now, and just got charged for an annual fee of $50 without any kind of notification for renewal.
Whether or not that is part of the contract, this is an easy way to keep people stuck in a membership where you pay an additional fee without being asked to renew. Not only that, but when you cancel you membership, you pay 1 extra month and another $15 fee for canceling.
I would NEVER sign up at an EOS gym again because of this policy.
When speaking to someone about waiving the fee, she told me there was nothing she could do, which we all know is BS.
Crappy customer service, stupid policies, overall a bad experience. Thumbs down on this gym and their policies.

I signed up for the 6 month training. Was injured. Tried to put it on hold for the month. Kept being pushed person to person. Saying I will get your message to the manager and he will call you back. Three weeks of this! I even had the doctor make a note for me, to show the truth. I emailed it in to the personal trainer manager. Still no word. And just found out they have been charging me 140 Dollars a Week! That is working out twice a week with a trainer, for half an pur each time! Would definitely never recommend personal trainer.

Right on and never ever sign up for a personal trainer at EOS. I was told that my trainer fee of $136 per month was cancelled, and when I checked the next month on my credit card statement there was no charge, but then it turned up again the following month. These people are unethical; I would avoid at all costs
