Eocca Spam calls

I received enough spam calls from this number on my business phone, so I called back on my cell. I have zero debt, own my vehicle, etc. I have no idea who the hell would be calling on a Federal Holiday, So I informed the female on the phone that the number was on the do not call list. This is a small business there is no debt and if they called back again I would personally find them $1500 for each phone call in addition to FCC complaints.

These companies should realize there are hundreds of thousands of dudes with the name Jesus but they never can find the right one! Same name has been an issue with databases since forever. I think I will change my surname to Donot-CallAsshole.

Desired outcome: Make this Robo caller identify their location company address and business license

Eocca HARASSING PHONE CALLS

They call over 10 times a day! When asked to explain who they are, they will not and they are really rude about it. They continue to air my personal information over the phone. I will not agree nor will I EVER give personal information over the phone since they state that the call is being recorded. I stated that I will not give information and if they could not tell me who they were, do not call my house, thank you. Two seconds later, she called again. I told her I was making my own report of her calls and if she called again, I will report her and EOCCA for harassing me. Enough is enough. If I owe a bill, send it in the mail. Stop calling my house and interrupting me and my time! BACK OFF!

Eocca unauthorized call, rude, refusal to identify company

Received a call asking me to call [protected] (this was the wrong number). I obtained correct number from caller ID. Called back and was informed "Carrie Smith" was their computers name. I was not the person they were looking for as he passed away last year. The operator said she was sorry and hung up on me.
I called back to say this was rude and ask what business they were in. They refused to say. I asked for a supervisor. After a long pause I spoke to "David". He refused to say what business they were in, even though they had called my home. I asked him what EOCCA stood for and he said it was not an acronym.
These people are rude, pushy, and called a number on the "Do Not Call" list with no prior connection or permission. Then they would not identify themselves. This is illegal.

Eocca Phone calls for another person

I've gotten several phone calls from this company looking for someone else that is a sworn enemy of my family. I turned this guy in (by the name of Nathaniel Ward) for killing illegal deer and I believe this guy is giving my number to creditors just to harrass me. I need to know if this guy gave my number to them so I can file criminal charges against this Nathaniel Ward, but this company won't tell me how they got my number. Withholding this information is obstructing justice. I simply need them to provide me with the information on how they got my number.

I continue to get calls to my private home telephone number for other people that I do not know. When I call this company, they tell me my phone number will be removed within 24 to 48 hours but then they just call again for someone else. They are extremely rude and will not give out any information about who they are calling for and why or how they have my phone number.

I keep getting calls from them everyday for a person I have never even heard of. I call back to remove my number and it never works, after I press 1 to remove my number I get a busy signal or it says my call cannot be completed at this time. Today is sunday and the recording called me again... I tried to call back to remove my number yet again, and it said it was after business hours and did not even give the option to remove my number. Next time, I will speak to a person and not so kindly inform them to f*** off...

I second bobbymak. I also got a call from EOCCA for someone else -- not an enemy, just an acquaintance. Your problem is with EOCCA. They illegally contact people they know to be connected in any way whatsoever with someone they are harassing for a collection. It is not Mr. Ward's doing.

Your complaint should be against EOCCA, not the guy. EOCCA got your phone number from a national database of people who live in the vicinity of the person they're asking for (who is apaprently in debt and behind on payments.
