Enzer / E-5310 / Bad service
Whenever i try to play any optical media on the player gives an error " No Disk".. So i talked to Hyper City Malad from where i purchased the item. They told me to go to Adonis Customer Relation Center at Borivali (w), Mumbai.. They took my DVD Player and given recepit no: 423424 dated: 03/08/2007 and said will get after three days.. so i called up after three days.. they said the part is not yet arrived call after 3 days..so i keep on doing it.. now its almost one month over..no response from there side..
So i approched their center at Borivali..on 11/09/2007.. the one who attended my query ( his name is Ashwin Bhai) behaved unprofessionally and was not ready to help me.. they give me the complaint no: [protected].. and informed that ONIDA gives support to this product and need to talk to onida customer care.. This is really frustrating..
