The7 is a them that they are promoting and has the best price of the bunch. Problem is it does not work and they refuse refunds. I spent 3 hours trying to get this theme to work properly and will not spend a week working with there webservices. These companies need to understand that I/we have working sites that ar5e getting upgrades. If your products don't work correctly why are you selling them to just fix them one at a time. Stupid. Buyer Beware!

I added a picture of this companies refund policy which is nowhere on the sales page. You can see that they do not issues refunds for any reason!

I have a complaint about themeforest staff. They could not solve a problem which problem was 10$. Nobody spends so much time for 10$. However I want to get it back cause I do not believe them. They have not solved my problem. They sent a document and show refund card number last 4 digits. But card holder name space and that was not my card or bank account. Especially I sent my card information however they did not send the money to may account. As a result I was robbed. I feel like that. Please solve the problem and send my money to right account. If you do not have my account information you can request it.

Hi, i bought a theme on themeforest and i am trying to get small support from the author and the only reply i have is: yes we will answer you by mail. I made many many reply withous answer and now i am in big trouble with this website. I need your help to make sure they respect their support engagement for this theme. When making a searc alle the first image of cars shows a small (Video icon and word) i need to remove this option

When try to translate some extra fields like techmeter to display Kilometrage (in french) All the KM disapears on modules (latest, etc...) beside the small techmeter icon same things for other extrafields wich i need to translate and make sure they will appears on modules.

Hi, I bought the buyshop theme for magento and was promised lifetime updates for this item, however...
etheme now claims that theme forest has frozen their account and refuses to pay out the money Envato owes them (I absolutely don't know if this is true, it's their words).
So now they've decided not to provide any updates and/or support for all theme forest customers!
So what can I (we customers who bought the theme through themeforest) do now?

Hello sir,
Yesterday i paid for theme but yet now i m unable to instal theme. I have tried all possible way to upload but i didn't ... Possible way like i tried from wp dashboard, c-panel.
While uploading theme from appearances section of wp dashboard, i m getting error *The package could not be install, the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. And after that i tried from c-panel there also got error of broken theme.
I have also gone through the trick that is unzipping the file and search for other zip inside the folder to upload but that is also not available.
Pleases short my problem as soon as possible. I have try to connect with author, but didn't got response. I have raised many ticket but no response.

Hi I have purchased (Livre - WooCommerce Theme For Book Store) wordpress theme on Evanto. The theme was not working properly and I have contacted author for customer support many times. But there was no reply. I have purchased support license for 6 months. Even there is no reply. I don't know how to take this. I would appreciate if Evanto Support help me on this.

Well it appears that no-one is at the helm of what I have always considered to be a great company. No email listed for Customer Service.

I purchased 3 Licenses for templates that were removed by the authors from Theme Forest because Envato held on to the authors money and would not respond. Now I have had to buy those licenses all over again from the authors otherwise NO UPDATES!
Thats 30 x 3 = $117.

I would like my money refunded.

I want to complain about theme you sell in your market that belong to coffeecream who is an "elite author".

-He didn't update his theme since march 2017 even though he promised to update it long time ago. i need "visual composer" features which are not avalable for me in the "retro" bundled version i have in theme.

-His theme is very poor in options and support and should be classified as class C and it's cost should be maximum 29$ (in this way i know it's not a premium and wouldn't waste my time)

-when i complained to him about updates and higher price than justified he said he is lacking of time and the percentage envato market charges is too high and i should wait and basically he let me know there is nothing he can do about my dissatisfaction. It shouldn't be my problem. If someone work with business he should find time and sell only if it worth for him to sell and yet give good service, because i'm the customer and i also shouldn't waste my time.

You can see that it isn't first theme that i bought from you and i bought many before. i never had any problem with flexibility of theme, i never had to install so many plugins to do basic things, support answered my immediately always and updates were routinely been pushed.

The results are now that i must pay a developer to do many things in the theme because modellic theme is lacking it, actually its mostly pretty design and nothing more. if you wish i can write you in details all what is missing and even send you all emails between me and Coffeecream.

I have purchased Concern Theme from you and started to use the theme. But the theme has so many bugs and I started complain again and again to author. Once I complained then they fix the thing and then the bug came from another settings in theme.

In short there were so many bugs in that theme and I complained many times to author. Everytime I had to wait 6-8 hours for a response. Finally I asked for refund in between of just 10 days purchase. But they never came to me with their response nor I have received my refund amount yet.

Please check and help me ASAP.

Please, be careful before giving them your money. Many people were scammed for being so trusting.
One month ago I bought several products that didn't work. What do you usually do when having issues with something you bought? Yes, you contact customer service.
So I did as well. But wasn't helped at all. I don't know why. it's just a fact.

I really have no idea what I am to do with these non-working products, it's garbage now and very expensive one.
Be very careful and look for more companies selling the same things for a more reasonable price. Maybe you won't lose your money...

We purchased a theme from themeforest on Oct. 26, 2017 named 'BMAG - Magazine Responsive Blogger Template'. It appeared like any other blog/magazine theme, when we went through the Live Demo.

As we made payment and downloaded files and documentation, there were no files related to the theme. All we have got is, some XML files and documentation folder.

There were no PHP file in any folder after extracting it. As per the documentation, it redirects to the blogger.com to create blog. In such case, it is almost impossible to install that theme.

We demand the refund for that product, as that item is "not as described".

The theme author, OI, who wrote the Gravity Theme does not get back to me in a timely fashion. I am utterly frustrated with his lack of support; and, I paid for a full year of support!

I am completely frustrated. I am getting fatal php errors.

What recourse do I have if he refuses to respond to me?

I was not satisfied with Envato service and demanded a full refund, but instead of proper customer service I received only negative attitude.
Their rep said that they did everything they could and that was not their responsibility. I contacted Envato many times and asked for a refund and they said "no" over and over again!
Then I told them that I wanted to speak with their higher authorities, but they refused to connect me with them. In other words while dealing with Envato I received nothing but stress, negative attitude and disrespect! I will not use them again and will post negative reviews. These people should be out of business!

Do not deal with ThemeForest! Since I had a negative experience with these guys I do not recommend them to anyone.
The story is simple. I have purchased a theme and following all the instructions I've tried to install it. There was an error of some kind and I was not able to install it. So I decided to get some help and advice from ThemeForest customer support but they never replied! What a joke.

They are a complete ripp off. Bought some plugins which did not work, and filed a complaint they refused to provide a refund and did not give explanation instead said to me to contact the author

You will never get a refund even if product is defective

I would like to tell the whole world about these scammers! I have two website, I'm a small business owner. I wanted to make some changes, so I went to www.market.envato.com and ordered two themes for my websites. When I tried to use them nothing worked, so I contacted the company and demanded my money back. They very super rude and told that there was nothing wrong with their theme and that it was only my fault. I have lost over $200 with this scam! I'm so disappointed and I will tell everyone about these thieves.

I have paid for the service, which the company Envato Market provided to me. But I didn’t like their services and support, so I sent a message to the online agent. This agent said that he couldn’t decide and needed to discuss it with the manager. After 2 days they informed me that they couldn’t cancel my services now and advised to wait till the end of the month. When I tried to reach the manager again, he was unavailable.
