Ensemble Artisanal Twizra review: carpets

I bought 2 small rugs in Marrakech on the 2nd of May 2017.I paid for the items and shipping to my country and clearing and forwarding to my door in Nigeria as stated by the shop/company on the invoice/receipt.
The company later refused to take responsibility for clearing and forwarding.After a lot of complaint they offered to pay half if I clear and send them receipts.I cleared to avoid demurrage and then they started again saying there is no way they can refund from Morrocco.
I got frustrated and informed them I will return the goods for a refund and they agreed.
Later they said if I return they will deduct their shipping costs, which I paid for as stated on the invoice and they can't guarantee when I will get my money.
