Enhanced Services Billing Inc. - Unauthorized ChargesI had unauthorized charges showing in my telephone bill marked as Enhanced Services Billing Inc. Charge amount $20.95. I’ve been charged for 3 months since October, 2008 to December, 2008. I found out about this only in January, 2009. The autopay from my bank was submitting payments as usual to my telephone provider covering all the charges including unauthorized charges of Enhanced Services Billing Inc. On January, 8, 2009 I contacted this company with complaint. Customer service representative barely spoke English. It took me about 30 minutes to let them understand my situation. They promised to stop the service and refund unauthorized charges for 3 months back.
Later, on February, 2009 I contacted my telephone service provider and found out that the money have not been refunded. I contacted Enhanced Services Billing Inc. again but this time I asked to speak with the customer service supervisor. In a while, they connected me with the supervisor who also barely spoke English. He promised me to investigate this situation only after faxing him all my telephone bills since October 2008.
Overall, I spend 3 hours of my time to fight for my money with this fraudgelent activity.
