The company maintained the property - In Oct 2007 a call was put in to them to stop all services to the property. In May 2008, we received a bill for a fall cleanup that was done in January 2008. The property did not look like it had any work done to it, nor were we ever told or left a notice that they had been to property but yet we received a bill. We sent a letter stating that we had called to cancel all future services in Oct 2007, we also questioned why a "fall" cleanup was done in January when fall clean ups are completed by Oct and if companies run late they usually advise their customers - we had no notice of this what so ever. In general we found this business to be disorganized. No attention was paid to detail. They came across incompetent in administering their business. Their response was a small claims court date and still requesting money for a service that we never asked for, as well as a service that was not confirmed so we have no idea if they even did the work to the property in Jan 08.
