For all of the American furniture people out there, don't let this company full you into thinking that they are the best in the furniture industry, they are probably one of the worst i have ever dealt with. There customer service is by far the worst of all, yeah its great when they sell it to you they will give you the world and tell you that they have 100% satisfaction rate if that ain't a bunch of crap. Once you have a problem, you have to go by there terms and thats the only choice you have or they wont help you. I have been waiting to have two pieces of furniture fixed for about four months now and they have had one chair for about one week, they called to deliver the chair on saturday we could not be there for the delivery so i scheduled it till monday and asked for first thing delivery, what did they do put it to the end of the day so i couldn't be there again ### service.
