    Looking to track ee027071147za sent on 03/12/2013from the Alberton Post ofiice to Malawi. EMS promise three days delivery can someone please tell me where this parcel is. Contact Dawn 082 808 6883 this is very urgent

    I sent a package from Cape Town to Sweden the 17th of November -14.
    It was supposed to take six days with express delivery.
    I contacted EMS Customer careline on +27 860 111 502 and they told me to contact EMS Johanesburg since the package was stuck there fore some reason.
    I have since then tryed to call them, its now January 12th, but they have not answered one time.
    What am I supposed to do???
