Emriate Airlines / Lost baggage not returning

I was from South Africa to Shanghai, When i reached Shanghai, my bag did not arrive, i lodge a complaint, they told me they will contact me when they find it, they asked me for a address and i told them, i donnt have one, so they ask me if i have a telphone number, i said i just arrive, but i have a friend you can try to contact me on his number, they phone that number and made arrange with that man to delivery my bag, Emirate airline have no right to discuss my problem with anybody else, i have given my friend number to contact me not to talk to him, but i found out later that they arranged with him to deliver bag to his house, who give them the right to make decision without talk to me, it is very sad that emirate firstly lost my bag, then they have no respect of other peoples belongings, they are refusing to send my laggage, i am having a lot problem with them, please help.That is my 3rd flight with emirate, i just return from india with my wife and five year .three year and ten months baby, i requested special meal for my family, but not received it, on one sector, they never give us a baby seat which was requested from South Africa, we asked a blanket for the children, and was never given one, one sector my baby was not even given baby food, i did put complaint and was given only a refferance number, if this is how emirate treats babies, then i really donnt know for somebody who travelled three times with emriate, this year along, and also the whole family once, that means emriate have no respect for their loyal customers, they have never even compansate us for all the hell they put me and my family through, please looking in to this matter, please i would like my bag to returned to me, as i am traveller in China i need bag urgently, emriate has made my travel a nightmare, by their neglegance by loseing my bag, i hope you will sort out this problem promptly, please reply to this e-mail:specialisedfastners@gmail.com, cellphone number in China is [protected], [protected], please improve on your service and your staff.
