EmporiumStay away from this terrible store!

I have purchased a handbag from this store Emporium and it was a Christmas present for my mother. Order was place in late October and estimated delivery time was 14-21 days. When my order did not show up I contacted Emporium and asked about my order status and they assured me that it will be here by December 20, but nothing arrived. Then I received another message stating that delivery date changed to beginning of January!
It is now the end of January and still no sign of my order. Customer service rep said they were working on my issue, but noting was done! I don't see the results! I want mo money back but after I asked for a refund they stopped replying. Do not trust Emporium!
