Emporium These 8 people who file complaint are falsifying the report

emporiumn.com domain was registered two weeks ago and the website is under construction. Now we have 65 people did reviews and 8 file complaints. These people have motives or otherwise they would not spent time writing reviews and file complaints just for laughs. Why are these people allowed to post made up reviews and file false complaints that ruined businesses? Where can I file complaints and press charges for all these people? Lets see at the end of the day, who scams who.

Desired outcome: I am the owner of emporiumn.com. I would like to press charges on all 8 people that file complaints against emporiumn.com for making false complaints.

Emporium do not order

I have never had an experience like this. I think it's the worst I have ever had shopping online.
I bought several items and never received them. Of course, I tried to contact them numerous times, but they simply don't answer, not available whatsoever. So how am I suppose to find out where my order is if you never reply? I think it's not even shipped.
You should stay away.Don't be fooled by their false ads.

Emporium refurbished macbook pro

I purchased a refurbished macbook pro in 2015. However, the laptop kept blacking out off and on. The representative told me not to worry. I tried to tell the representative that I did not want to go out of my warranty time. There was a 90 day warranty on the item. I keep calling and calling trying to get a return label. The representative kept telling me not worry they would repair the laptop or send me a new one. Every time I call to inquire on the status they would tell me someone would get back with me. Finally, I received a return label in 2016 to return the item and they show that they received it 2/20/16. They claim they have credited my account. However, I ordered an Pad mini which cost approximately $249.00 but I have paid Emporium over $500.00 and they are still trying to tell me that I owe them. The contract should be null and void due to not receiving the proper service out of their product and they did not fulfill their obligation to me as a customer. I am trying to get this account resolved. The credit that was extended was 1200.00 so I am requesting someone to look into this matter so that I can get my account resolved. This has been the most difficult and frustrating online purchase that I have ever made. It took a year just to get a return label. The account is still not resolved. This could be impacting my credit report, so please be so kind to have someone check into the matter. Emporium fraudulent company

This company was formerly named "Venue" and they have a history of taking customers' down payments/payments and never sending the merchandise ordered. Emporium doesn't pay vendors timely because of lack of funding which is why items are shipped late or never shipped. Additionally this company takes part in tax evasion, by not paying payroll taxes in years as well as paying payroll in a non-timely manner because their sales are horrible.

Emporium I cancelled my order but didn't get a refund

I have an issue and I need it to get resolved as soon as possible. I ordered something from www.emporium.com and cancelled my order the same day. Customer service said that I'll get a refund within a couple of days but they were not sure how long would it actually take. After one week of waiting I contacted them again and was ignored.
I was this company to be investigated and after I read all the reviews I believe that they are nothing but scammers. I'm still waiting my money and there is no information from Emporium.

Emporium Stay away from this terrible store!

I have purchased a handbag from this store Emporium and it was a Christmas present for my mother. Order was place in late October and estimated delivery time was 14-21 days. When my order did not show up I contacted Emporium and asked about my order status and they assured me that it will be here by December 20, but nothing arrived. Then I received another message stating that delivery date changed to beginning of January!
It is now the end of January and still no sign of my order. Customer service rep said they were working on my issue, but noting was done! I don't see the results! I want mo money back but after I asked for a refund they stopped replying. Do not trust Emporium!

Emporium They steal your money and don't ship any product.

I used this website to order Christmas gifts from. I placed my order on 12/10/16 and was told within 3-5 business days, the application fee would be pulled out.

Fast forward ten days later. I call the company due to the initial funds not coming out of my account and nothing happening with the shipping. They tell me to contact my bank to see why they are holding up the ACH payment.

When I called the bank, they said that they don't have a ACH pending from the company. I immediately call the company back, and ask to speak to a supervisor.

No supervisor is available. They are all in meetings. I inform the company of what my bank says and they tell me that they are going to reprocess.

The next day, I get an email saying shipping has been delayed until 12/28. When that passes and nothing has shipped but the initial fee was taken. I finally cancel the order on 01/02/17.

On 1/5/17, they withdraw the first months payment wth no product shipped or even an active order. I immediately call them and they tell me that for some reason, it takes 10 business days for the order cancellation to process, but that they still couldn't ship the product I just paid for.

I ask for a refund of my money, and was told that after the 10 business day cancellation, I would have to wait 10-15 business days to get a refund mailed.

I again asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold before being re-routed to the main menu of the call. I try again, and as soon as I give my customer order #, I was placed on hold and sent back to the main selection menu.

I have since called my bank and put stop payments on the funds withdrawal. I also changed my account # to prevent any further withdrawals.

I am not alone. There are more than just myself who have been scammed. Enough that there is active discussion of a lawsuit.

If you have had a similar experience, there is a man taking all stories and calls. Please call him to ensure we can get our money back and prevent any further possible customers being taken advantage of.

When I tried to place the order AFTER giving you my bank information. It says that is is unable to give me the credit. But I could shop with a credit card. Really? Is this just false advertising? You now have my bank information from leading me to believe I would be shopping through you establishment. If someone does not qualify for the credit line, then you as a responsible corp. should not lead them on and wait until AFTER the BANK informstion hase been entered.

Word of mouth is an amazing thing, I do intend to speak out, make phone calls and post online about this company. And warn everyone NOT to bother with this suspious corp.

Did you ever get a response? I have been waiting for 5 days now.. I couldn't order anything because my cart says I have 2 fees of 5.00 each for recycling fees... but nothing else.
I can't delete these charges and Emporium hasn't done a thing to help.. I lost out on ordering a tv because of this error!
But I emailed that I wanted to cancel account and the replied back within 7 minutes...Horrible Customer Service!

Emporium No product

Ordered a small item from this website. I never received my order and was not able to reach Emporium customer service. I was really interested in Emporium because they had really nice items and prices were also great.
I wanted to buy more stuff but since it was my first time buying something from Emporium I decided to order only one item. Glad I did that!
Will not buy anything from this store again and will not recommend Emporium to anyone.
