Purchased a watch from Regent Street London store came home wrapped it for Christmas without inspecting the item, Christmas day the watch was given but was to big so when the shops opened we took it to get a link taken out, the man noticed a tiny chip which was missed, my son took it back to our local store where we were informed that they thought we had done the damage and gave us a mail bag to send it away, obviously not happy with this outcome I called the manager who asked me to call the store I purchased it from, he told me he looked at the cctv which proved nothing and said about me taking the link out, absolutely appauled that a huge brand cannot offer to replace the item and are really accusing you of lying about how the chip occurred . The watches are made by fossel and branded Armani so that is the get out for them to wash all responsibility of the goods. Discusting behaviour for such a big brand that's seems to have a little customer service.

Same thing happened 1 hour ago in Nov. 30 2014 Kaohsiung Taiwan. This Cino Ferrare, Itilian, showed me his passport and he said he need NT$ to pay for car rental and leave Taiwan. I paid him 10, 000 NT$ for his need and he gave me this 4 jackets. When I came back to seach Emporio Fashion and found out so many scams around the world.

Oh, crap I recently had the horrible situation. I was in Singapore and one guy came to me and told that he ran out of money and he offered me his Italian Armani jacket. He showed me that it was real leather and asked for 2, 000. He told me that he would contact me within 2 days and would return money, but I would give him this jacket. I gave him $1, 300 and my email, but of course it was scam. And this guy never contacted me, but I thought that he needed my help. Be careful and don’t provide money to the strangers.

I was filling gas up in my car and this guy in a MBZ SUV pulls up and asks me for directions. I tell him the directions then he says I am so nice and he has this beautiful leather coats that he will give me because he was doing a Fashion Show at the convention center. He had a poassport out thick Italian accent which I thought might be fake. He was telling me I could have them then he said he wanted to buy souviners for his family back in italy and needed money. Was a total scam artists watch for them and the coats are too small and cheap.

my boyfriend has bought me armani diamonds since we met 5 years ago, and since then the perfume has always been of good quality, by that i mean when wearing it it lasts longer than several hours, but since the last bottle he bought me, from debenhams this year, 2012 ive put it on and within a hour you can no longer smell it. I understand that we are in a recession, but there is no need to spoil a good product, Its far better to just put the price up rather than losing a customer totally, as you feel like the perfume you are buying is a knock off, and not the real thing! Ive told my boyfriend not to buy it again, its a waste of money. I do hope this is not going to be the new thing to make more money buy giving less,

In December of 2008 I was on my honeymoon in Venice, and decided to purchase an Armani mechanical (automatic) watch. It was quite an advanced unit with day, date, month and year all included. Also included was a 2 year international warranty, rather important since I live in japan.
Upon returning home, a few weeks into January, the problem showed up. Over the course of a day, the watch would gain five minutes. I took the watch to the Armani store in the city I live, and was told that since I had purchased the watch overseas, they were unable to do a straight exchange. However, the watch was covered by warranty and they would ship it no charge to the service center in Tokyo.
About 10 days later I received my watch back in the mail and I seemed everything was fine. However, approximately 3-4 months later, the problem cropped up again, exactly the same. I once again took it to the store, heard the same story, all very polite and apologetic in a good Japanese service kind of way. This time however when I got the watch back, the strap was not correctly put on. Once again, back to the store, more profuse appologies and assurances of dealing with the problem. A few days later, the service shop phoned and said there would be a charge to fix the strap, which wasn't covered by warranty. I explained, once again, the situation and was told as a "special service" here would be no charge.
At this point a rather sad pattern emerges; 3-4, then 4-5, finally about six months later, the same timing problem came up. And each time the store staff would apologize profusely and assure me that *this time* they'd finally get it right. The last time was in November 2010, one month before the expiry of the warranty, and I expressed my fears to the staff, namely that they hadn't been able to fix it the previous 4 times (plus one time to fix their screwup), why should I trust them to fix it this time, and what assurances did I have that the problem wouldn't return after the warranty period.
Like clockwork (at least not Armani clockwork) my watch returned a little over a week later and seemed to be working fine. Then, in January this year, 2 weeks after the expiry of the warranty, the dial indicating the day of the week fell off. At this point I was tired of dealing with the store staff and decided to write to armani's customer support. I explained the troubles I had had for the last two years and asked them to please take care of it. The reply I received bordered on insult; this address was for service issues related to the online Armani exchange website, please direct your concerns to he regular Armani customer service.
It has been six months since that particular exchange, and 8 months since the last failure, and once again the watch gains five minutes in a single day.
For those that have read this far, I commend you. Let it serve as a cautionary tale.

Hello everyone, my parents are Italian in Montreal, Canada and this guy pretended he was a long lost relative in the USA! He said he needed $2000 and he asked my parents for help...for compensation he left 8 jackets either Emporio or Andrea Ermanni...I thought the jackets were stolen but real because the tags were cut off...now I found this site...wow this guy is a [censored]...the worst part is my parents went to the police and they said there is nothing they can do!

Does any one have the email address for Armani customer services? I have had a severe reaction to the above product and I would like to discuss it with them

I was approached by an Italian guy in the car park of Ikea, S S los Reyes, Madrid. He told me the same story as previous complaints... On his way back from a trade show and had some samples that he was looking to sell me very cheap. He did not say that they were Emporio Armani, but just that they were good quality. And strangely enough they were all my size "58"(XXL), that surprised me a lot !
He wanted to sell 2 suits, 5 leather jackets, 1 cashmere coat, 2 shirts and 2 jumpers for €700, -, but got it all for €400, - The suits and jackets are very nice, even if they are fake. So if they do not "fall apart" tomorrow, then I do not feel too bad about it.

BUT BE AWARE OF FAKES IN MADRID AS WELL !

Regarding the Armani Reportage Jackets... This just happened to me, yesterday, June 11th '08. I am pissed at myself for not trusting my instincts, having been conned twenty years ago and have avoided such things ever since...

He stopped me while driving his big, white, expensive SUV on 6th Avenue and 19th Street in Manhattan... wanting directions to the Lincoln Tunnel. He asked if I spoke Italian, which I do a little bit... (My downfall, his gain). I noticed that when he shook my hand, he held onto it longer than usual... like in a familiar fashion, but it felt like a red flag which I ignored.

Then, he said he just finished a month at the Jacob Javitz Center and was heading to the Airport and didn't want to pay the 20% taxes on the flight home. I told him I had no money, that all my money was going to my creative projects... but I still ended up going to my ATM (he came with me, which was another red flag, along with other things like... to get in the car to try them on "I don't need the advertising"). He even took a lighter to the leather (if it is even leather or perhaps fire #ant material — good for getting out of fires, at least! :) to demonstrate the quality of the leather.

He did the same 2 free, one for $500 (I ended up giving him $100)... but after he left I discovered there were only 2 not 3 in the Armani Reportage bag.

Before he we parted I asked him for his contact info, he gave me an Italian phone number (which I thought it was odd he had to copy it from his cell phone... I almost asked him "how long have you lived at your place in Italy?!" but I didn't).

I am really pissed, as I figured that at least I could sell them and make my money back or even a small profit, for my troubles... but then I ran into these sites and have discovered I have been had on some level. It still seems that the jackets are jackets and can be used... I do want to find out if they are real or not, etc... How do you know?

The bottom line is to keep it simple... Trust Your Instincts!
