AVOID! BEWARE! I had applied to the company via Career Builder. I had applied for the position of Marketing Campaign Analyst.
I went in for the first interview. I was interviewed by Rob, the Hiring Manager. I was disappointed, as it was very brief at only 10 minutes. During this interview, I was told that they do marketing for Home Depot. I was not selected for a second round of interviews, which is for the better.
I read another review on this site of someone who went on a second interview. Basically, those who get hired for the company have to go up to people in Home Depot and ask if they are interested in new cabinets and make an appointment. According to the other review, for every customer who goes to the appointment, the commission is only $60.
Below is the job posting! It is deceiving in several ways, including as it lists the salary as $37-$45K per year and does not note that it is commission based.
I would recommend staying away!!!
