I am a purchaser in this company. I work less then 6 moths a lot things not familiar, This company name as empire manufacturing sdn bhd they don't have proper procedure to train and develop a person. I have no idea how they judge us on our performance not reach their requirement. This also because I done some mistake without any guidance on my superior name as Knight Lim. Immediately he was terminate with warning or counseling. I feel that HR dept need take full responsible never follow Malaysia labour law procedure to terminate without any guidance, SOP and procedure. The HR Manager name is Robert Yeong Kong Hock (Malaysian). Dear friend please don't take your carrier path to this company especially does have family need to responsible on daily expanses please do not take risk to join this company please take my advise. A lot messy issue in this company especially the chair man always influence negative thinking in this company. Make all the worker not peacefully. The name of the chairman is Tan Wang Cheow. Dear fellow last take my advise those in empire manufacturing sdn bhd good luck to all of you. Singaporean company is kiasi kiasu. None of this Singaporean company is good.

I am management level in this company name as Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. I feel disappointed on this company. Because I was been terminated without notice and this company never issue a Termination letter ask me to leave the premises. They never conduct any training, They judge a person without reason, they just said your performance is not reach our requirement and no procedure to terminate a person in HR. They try to not issue Termination letter to us is because after three days I am consider as a terminate staff because I was absent to work, so they don't need to pay me any amount. Those people saw my message but is working in this company please get alert because I am not the last person whose get terminate without reason. Please be alert on Knight Lim. If production have any issue he will sacrificed without reason on you. Mr Tan Wang Cheow is the person consult knight lim to do this kind of termination apply in this company. If you not believe you may come and join and get experience how Kiasu and Kiasi on Singaporean company. Those still working inside please take care and good luck.

*To whom posted the complaints, if you like to help me please remove all for sake. You are creating more problem not helping me you making my reputation more worse. It's can be police case they can check at TMnet that who posted, so i give you 3 days to remove it . i know it's for your own good that future they can't simply terminate the staff but when the history will be forever history . I'm glad to works with EMSB and to known you through EMSB company . Although i'm no more with EMSB we still can be friend. Please don't blame HR neither my superior either top management they try to setup the procedure to run on the right tracks . Please don't blame company anywhere company not much different for my passed experience but i still prefer EMSB for my choice .Remember that you in one roof no matter what kind of races working with one family .Complaint and blaming won't help anything tolerance, hardworking and team works were more important maybe my fate not with EMSB . So i remind you again please remove it my life still have to go on and wish you best of luck .
Hello ...i am not purchaser you stupid make a mistake saying i am purchaser. if you a man don't used my name to complaint face it and tell in front to everyone .Moreover if you not happy to worked with this company with open heart leave the company don't just complaints.
