eMoto UKNot delivering the ordered goods, after paying in advance, communication stopped

Hello fellow motorcyclists,

a warning ordering goods in UK at Emoto. Super websiteand looks trustfully.
I placed my first order in may 2009, I found some other useful parts and made a second order the next day. First order arrived correctly, only one part in backorder, no worries so far.
Contacted them by e-mail and discussed to put the backorder part in second package, but it could take a while.
Every week I ask for the status of my order, in the beginning I needed to change parts due to undiliverablity, even needed to pay an extra ammount of money.
After several weeks I asked again for the status of my order, they confirmed that all parts arrived and package will be sent ASAP, it's a month later still nothing.

So be warned and try to buy someware else!!!
In total I spent nearly 400 GBP, and still have nothing but trubble.

    We ordered parts for a Ducati bike for an amount from £ 1640.79.
    We have done the payment on november 4th.
    No delivery, no answer, nothing!!!
    Can anyone help us?
