Refuses to answer email regarding failure to email product registration code after purchase

I ordered the "Ipad video converter" application from Emicsoft on 12/3/2010. During the ordering process I was informed that I would receive an email from the complany with my product registration code to use the full version of the product. After submitting 29.00 for the product, I never received an email with my product registration code. I have submitted two different emails within a week apart and have yet to receive any response. At this point, I spent 29.00 for a product that I can't use because I don't have a registration code. I would recommend not ordering from this company as they don't honor their agreement after a purchase has been made.
