i have sent the complaint Below to emerites over a week ago and to my amaizment i am still to recive a reply it is very dissapointing to see that emerits does not take the complaints seriosly.

Flight EK 515 03/01/2009
Dheli to Dubai

On the above mentioned flight my wife and I were traveling business class. Half way into the flight my wife’s health took a turn for the worse, not being medically proficient, I naturally started to panic. Her temperature was high and she was struggling to breath. I spoke to the purser (half an hour before landing) and expressed my concern and asked if a medical team could meet us on arrival in Dubai. On arrival (I am now sitting outside the door to the aircraft and my wife is unable to walk) there is no medical staff. I am then informed that it will take a further fifteen minutes before the medical team will arrive. This level of not understanding a situation of this severity by your staff is totally unacceptable. As it turns out, thank goodness, my wife was diagnosed with Influenza and upper respritory problems. Had this been more severe such as a heart attack I would be unable to explain the lack of promptness and professionalism by your staff.
I am a devoted Emirates supporter and use you on all my business trips. The medical staff, when they did arrive, where efficient, professional and incredibly helpful, something your pursers should learn.
