I had a terrible stay, there was a Mexican guy enter my room at 4:30am in which frightened me cause he had the right key to my room and he was half in when i had jumped out of bed from the next room yelling so he knew i was here when he's seen me he said "wrong room" and closed the door ten left. But all i got when i spoke to both the manager and eventually after days of calling the vice president of the company was attitude and them denying that it did not happen.THEY ACTUALLY told me that it did not happen ...i couldn't believe it..I could of suffered terribly being raped...murdered or at the very least i could have had my LAPTOP stolen but thankgod nothing happened because they would not help they were denying all. I was terrified all night after he had a key to my room and they wouldn't acknowledge that it happen nor did they know where the company policy was upon me asking. All in all was a disturbing stay with very bad customer service and i definatelty would NOT reccomend. I wish i could do somwthing about this cause they made me check out on a saturday cause they said they were totsaly booked but i feel i was discriminated against and especially after what i had endured only days before the least they could have done was to let me stay 3 more days. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.Anyone have any info on what i could do just to justify what happened??
