Monthly sending products not wanted and funds taken from account. Have tried cancelling and have returned at least 3 packages . There is no invoice or details in the package only a return address if undelivered on package which is very vague. Fulfilment house PO Box 4008. Embrace Beauty answered free offer to try embrace anti ageing cream

They withdrew money for the "free trial" after I sent an email to complain and threatened I would contact consumer affairs, they reimbursed the $146 I told them I didn't like the product and didn't want another order, a month later I recieved another order and quickly chequed my card, they had debited another $146. I was then hospitalised for a month (not related) but not able the check all the latest details and bank transactions. I now have to contact them yet again for a refund and return the packages I didn't order! Very time consuming and waste of precious time

I canceled my product 2 months ago. Today they sent it again and charged my account. It feels to me like this is mail fraud. I will be contacting the bank and Australia Post.

Embrace Beauty an eye cream added to my order of derma viva anti age serum

I ordered the above Creme because Ellen DeGeneres has championed it in various ads to the point that it seems to do what it says it will.It was promoted as a trial sample and one only paid the postage which would apparently go to one of Ellen's charities! That amount was $4.95.
When I received my notification of the date my product would arrive I noticed their were 2 items and 2 charges for postage so I am not happy that this occurred.
I have since emailed these people and demanded my postage back and for them to take the unordered item out.
I also emailed my original order and told Derma Viva Anti Age Serum to cancel my order as I did not want to do business with people who obviously share my credit card number with anyone and everyone thank you.
I also sent a copy of my email to the advertising department of Ellen DeGeneres .I don't think she would like her name to be associated with scams etc.
Please see that these people are put in their place.In the Antipodes we do not do business this way.

Received my trial skin care only had to pay postage. Now I have received more skin care product which I did not order now $81.56 USD later. Not happy. I require a full refund of $81.56 USD . I have mailed back my package which I do not want.
