Emax / Max Electronics wall mount not delivered which is agreed in gitex

Hi,

We have purchased samsung tv in gitex, while purchasing they were agreed for free delivery, installation and wall mount which is not mentioned in the invoice. Now the wall mount is not delivered, when we ask for the product we got the response that that is not included in the mail. However they suggested to write a complaint about it. Please consider this priority and request you to deliver the wall mount asap.

Emax / Max Electronics customer service

The branch store manager Balqesh of Dubai Mall has verbally informed me during our tele-conversation that he will not be able to provide me status or update about the cash back voucher I need to get back after the TV purchase I made on Wednesday Oct 7th. The reason being he is busy with work and doesn't have enough time to look into my case. The poorest customer service I ever received. He even challenged me that if he would disconnect my call would I dare to do him anything. Is this how a branch manager speak to their customers? Where is the customer service value of store called E-max? Is there anything called humanity left behind these business?
Hence, I was forced to dare him to escalate this to his senior management. Please sort this out as I'm only expecting a feedback or update regarding when I'm supposed to recieve the vouchers. I didn't pay money to be insulted or mocked at.

Emax / Max Electronics service

I had bought a canon ink tank printer recently, after using it for 3 months the printer stopped working completely and I had given for repair in emax service center (doc no. SRF-[protected]). Now it has been 3 weeks and I haven't got any reply from them, called them thrice and raised a complaint also still they don't care.

If they can't repair I need my refund.

I have visited mall of the emirates branch to buy iphone xsmax 64 gb gold color they habe infroemd me we only have 256gb i told them okay i will buy it then he cam back to me saying u have to buy with damage protection n pay around 600 dhs extra told him you cant force me to buy it with theis protection if i dont need it then he refused to sell it to me then he was like we dont have it it out of stock... this is so unacceptable

Emax / Max Electronics jetex exhibition.

Dear team Emax,
I am really surprise with your staff rigrous behaviour. Yesterday I visited jetex at your point. So there was a fast sale announced . Under your marketing team miss madhavi Bhatia there were two announcer whose name aryan and amzad . They made me insulted very badly. I am your regular customer. I don't have complaint with arman but another guy who was with him.he just badly behave and his word reach to my family. I have decided I will never buy any stuff and I will not sujjest any body in my family and friends. Actually this fast sale only for those who seems rich and wealthy. I wanted to buy I phone xs .So he missbehaved with me.i want serious action should be taken against that announcer who was programming fast sale.

Emax / Max Electronics after sales service

I wanted to get my laptop repaired, and I came to emax mirdif. At mirdif, the customer service checked my receipt, and I was told if I went to ensure services directly, I would get it repaired much quicker. Therefore, I obliged and the next day went to ensure services to get my laptop repaired where I was told that the service tag on my receipt was incorrect and that I had to get a new receipt with the correct tag. I calll the emax customer service helpline and the response that I get is that the it department will fix and sent me the updated reciept. However, it could take either 1hr or 24hrs, or even 48 hrs to get an updated reciept. This kind of uncertainty is [censored] because I dont have the bloody time for your uncertainty to fix a mistake one of your staff members made. So I head back to mirdif right then and go to the customer service desk and tell them of the problem and see if they can come up with a better outcome. To my surprise, I was told that the systems between different emax stores are not completely integrated and that I will have to drive to mall of emirates to get the updated receipt immediately because that is where I bought the laptop from. This is again a huge disappointment and shows that emax does not value customer time at all. Such a simple issue, one bloody tag on the receipt that is uniform for all similar devices, can take so bloody long to get fixed on one bloody receipt. And the inconvenience of the driving in between and the time. Just utter [censored]. Emax really needs to step up its game in terms of its systems

Emax / Max Electronics customer service and warranty

Dear emax team,

First of all I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have given my mobile for warranty since 8-9-18. As per your staff the mobile would have been fixed or reimburse with in 14 days, which has never happened. Secondly the number 06-5551112 I am trying to call for the past one week is horrible, as no one answers. This is the first time I am dealing with emax and most probably the last time and definitely I am not going to suggest others.

Emax / Max Electronics villa 508b; electrolux fridge

I contacted the emax service centre due a fault with my fridge door. I reported the issue over 3 months ago. Someone cam eot look at the fridge and told me it needed a new door handle and he would come back in a few days. He has not attended since.

I have phoned the service centre 3 times to follow this up and each time I am told it will be another 2 weeks. It is now over 3 months ans still not fixed.

I want someone to call me urgently with a confirmed date of when this will be fixed.

Good morning mr/ms
First of all sorry for this email I hope I will send greeting email better than complaining email
My problem start when I take my laptop to emax asmakh they received the item after one month they call me to collected I see the laptop its same battery still drained still hanging still heating after all they ask for 400 qr to change the battery the battery effect from the heating I show them the report I refused to take it and the said go and complain I think the don't care anyway after this email I will go to complain to the ministry I need my rights thanks for your understanding and I hope to give good training for the staff and I will never ever try to think to buy from emax stores

Emax / Max Electronics laptop exchange; poor services and miscommitment

I am a frequent customer of emax and frequently buy my gadgets and computing accessories.

Yesterday I visited al ghurair centre outlet to get exchanged my acer f5-573g laptop (also bought from emax) with hp.

Sales personnel and supervisor explained the procedure and we arrived at an amount to pay and so I spent whole night to backup my data.

Unfortunately, when I visited today to complete the transaction, nobody is ready to honour the commitment they made.

I spent more than an hour at outlet but no luck. Is it my fault to believe the staff and wasted my time to take backup and will have to waste more time to restore.

I would like to know the reason why should I suffer this much for incompetence of staff.

I am greatly disappointed bcoz this was not a simple buying and selling transaction, I had to suffer several hours to take backup and restore.

Emax was my first preference before, but I have to review this. I know to loose one customer is not a big deal for emax.

May these words have no importance for you, but I have shared my greivences and fare opinion so that management take necessary steps to avoid possible inconveniences to other customers.

Emax / Max Electronics dubai mall floor manager

Gaurav Maheswari - New Floor manager who joined 6 months back as floor manager in Emax Dubai mall has very bad attitude and extremely rude behaviour with bad throw of words, as an esteemed customer who always purchase from EMax every time and didn't expect such a shameless behaviour from a florr manager of Landmark group - treating custome like a begger, really disappointed.

Hi,
this is not a acceptable service from E max al hamra mall,
i buy one i phone x they give me for smart pay, which was more money have to give 24 moths,
on next day i go on there talk with store manager regarding cancel the smart pay and i told them what ever amount price of i phone will pay in full,

Manager tell to me come on tomorrow i will do the necessary action to cancel smart pay, when i came on there they told me come on sunday like as joking with me,
whats the cause of that and need necessary action as soon as possible to do the same,

Emax / Max Electronics iphone 7 plus; poor services and unethical behaviour

I bought an iphone 7 plus (Rose Gold) from Emax (Mall of the emirates) last year.
However, from last 3 month my phone has problem for less volume in ear pieces.

So, customer support advises me they need to send it for repair.

Now it's one month and i visit twice to get my phone update. But still no update.

The customer support attitude is very rude, and they are not telling anything
What is exact problem and how long it will take to fixed. Every time they mention " You clam extended warranty it will take time"

i will not buy any thing from Emax in future, and i will not recommend any one to buy stuff from there.

The warranty clam process should be easy and fast. Because no body can buy new item for short time.

Bad Experience Bad Attitude of customer support.

Hope i can get my phone by end to this year hope fully...

Emax / Max Electronics nokia 8

Hi,

I bought Nokia 8 in January 2018, and from the first day there was an issue of "Call waiting & Camera was not fixed properly" but they first told it could be issue from service provider so I checked and at last they asked to give for repair and when I went at Emax Store @ Ghurair Mall, Dubai. they don't have any spare unit and the customer care representative was very rude and was making fun in front of other customers. So I have given repair @ Axiom Care it got repaired and now again the same issue persist along with " Vibration is stopped working and Notification doesn't work randomly" So I visited Emax Store on again the lady haven't address properly and was very rude. I think the device is faulty and I have asked for the replacement on urgent basis.

My Complaint number is : SRF [protected]

Kindly look into this issue.

I hope I will not get more disappointments from Emax.

Emax / Max Electronics yamaha rx-v383 5.1 av receiver serial number: y790697vx

I bought a YAMAHA RX-V383 receiver from Emax, Sharjah on 11-Mar-2018. Within four months, the display is disappeared and the receiver is not working at all. on 16/07/2018, we have given the unit to the Emax customer service. The Service Request Doc No is SRF-[protected] dated 16/07/2018. Even after five days, we haven't received any response from the vendor or the service center. This product is brand new and I have extended warranty purchased on that product. However, penalizing a customer for the fault of the company is not acceptable. Hope, you will look into this issue at the earliest and I am prepared to pay extra to upgrade the product, if the vendor agrees to replace the system.

Apart from the delay, please note below the traumatic events, I went through:-

1. On 16th July, the product was given back to EMAX to check and repair, under their Service Request SRF-[protected].
2. I went to EMAX Sharjah on 22nd July, to check the updates. The, service personal informed us that, they have already given the product to Thomsun Electronics (Yamaha) to check the repair.
3. Again on 25th, I called EMAX Service Centre, Sharjah to check the updates and they asked us to check with Thomsun (Yamaha) Service Centre, Dubai.
4. The same day (25th July) I called the Thomson Service Centre to check, and they informed us that, they did not receive anything from EMAX, Sharjah.
5. With so much agony, I called EMAX, Sharjah to inform the response we have received from Thomsun (Yamaha). They checked their shelves and found our product resting for the last 10 days.
6. Next day, on 26th July, I went to EMAX, Sharjah and took back my receiver and on 28th July, personally, I have given it to the YAMAHA Service Centre in Dubai.

Wonder, what's the after-sales service EMAX is provided, even after taking a decent amount being the so-called ‘Extended Warranty'! It is totally upsetting to realize that, we are not getting the value of the money we paid for. It is unfortunate that, the customer has to run across two Emirates, leaving the office, to get the brand new product to get repaired or replaced. A customer should not be penalized in such a way.

Emax / Max Electronics I am complaining about the way the products were displayed in emax al ghurair specifically in video games.

I was in Emax al ghurair last july 27 looking for a ps4 video game for my son. When I went to the are for video games, there was no label if its for PS4, PC Or Xbox games. Ps4 cd's were together and sonis xbox games. While we are choosing for the good game, we are checking it one after another. when we are finally decided to take 1, we hurriedly left because I still have have going to my home country that night. When I reached Philippines and excitedly showed it to my son, we were surprised to find out that no cd inside the item. Upon checking, we found out its for PC ONLY game. And its Dhs199! So I immediatedly called my wife to check back in al ghurair. When my wife checked and ask the staff if there are still some games for PC ONLY, the staff said nothing available and only for PS4 and xbox games only. So she told him what happened and said that maybe it was mixed up. At least there should have been a label not to confuse the customers! When you are in a hurry, a label will greatly help.. my wife still purchased a new ps4 game for my son. But can you help me on how to replaced the game I have bought because it was not proprly labeled.

Any news regarding my complaint I sent 4days ago? Can I get refund ir exchange at least. We cant use it-anyway. And its definitely because of mixed up displays and not properly labelled. Please advise..

Emax / Max Electronics manufacturing defect for desktop

Great day to you,
I purchased an Acer Desktop from Emax Mirdiff on the 2oth of July2018, This was a box piece and I opened this at my home, It was found that the screen was having a dent and the desktop was working so slow that I can run any programs in this one. I took the machine back to EMAX Mirdiff on 21st July2018 and the lady in customer service told me to take the machine to Ensure services which is the authorised service center for ACER. When I took the machine to Ensure on the 22nd they rejected the service as this is a manufacture defect and told to return back to EMAX for replacement. I again went to Emax on the 23rd they told they need to get a report from the service center and will take 7 days and told me to call them to check about the update. The customer service didnt attend any calls from that time and I checked with ensure whether they have recieved my machine for repair as informed by the customer service and I was surprised that they even know about this. After trying several times I couldnt get them over the phone. I went to Emax on the 26th of July and was informed that they have send the machine to Jumbo and they also rejected the same and they didnt show the courtesy to update me. Its now the 31st of July that is more than 10 days and still I have not used my computer and they have not sorted this out. I tried to call the customer service many time and nobody is answering the same for the past two days.

Is this the Customer Service for EMAX, Its very poor.

Emax / Max Electronics samsung galaxy s8

I have purchased on 10th june samsung galaxy s8. I am living in ruwais. I went to 18 th june to them to complaint that the phone getting hot. They refused to change it. Then they have taken it for checking. After this I have called to emax dalma call land line phone around 50 times but they are not lifting the phone. I have called emax customer care no also 05 times. I have called even to samsung service contact no also, dj sharaf, abu dhabi mall. I could not able to track my samsung phone. No response al all. Very bad customer care service

Emax / Max Electronics asus laptop

Im complaining about my laptop, I gave it to emax al gurer for repair dated may20. But until now its not fix.. Then this day 13 of july, one of customer service called me and telling me they fix my laptop but then it keeps on coming back the same problem.. And shes telling me they have to ordered some parts outside the country.. And I said okie.. But then I realized why it takes 20 days, how many days my laptop jus brought to the service center? How many technician repairing the laptop? And why it takes 23 days to let me know the issue.. I think their not doing their job.. Come on emax is a big company.. I think I got a mistake pirchasing my laptop from emax..
