In November 2007 my husband and I bought two Cartier watches from you. My husband’s watch has functioned correctly since we purchased it from you but the Tank watch I bought from you has been a disaster. The first issue was the battery went bad after six months. When we had the battery replaced, Tourneau told us that the watch had been previously opened. Three months after the battery died, I noticed water inside the watch even though the watch was water resistant. We returned to Tourneau to have it cleaned. In April of this year, the watch had water damage yet again and Tourneau recommended we send it into Cartier.
